hot water tank went out and flooded our utility room. they got to me pretty quick. they were very respectful of our home all the way down to putting little wheel covers on the hand truck to not get the carpet dirty. love these guye. they rock. Thank you Anthony.

This is my second experience with beacon plumbing and they're still the best. not only was Jake able to come out same day to fix my ice maker, he was fast, clear about what he was doing and why, and little touches like securing the hose to the wall. This company went above and beyond for us! We had our kitchen cabinets installed the day before so I was calling around scheduling a plumber to install a sink, faucet, and dishwasher. They came right away but I didn’t have the faucet yet so they ran to the store and got me the exact one I wanted and installed it right away! They were friendly, charming and fast. Really cannot recommend them enough!!

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

These guys aren’t cheap. But I am impressed at how fast they were able to get here, and the speed and quality of their work. I am particularly glad that I brought them in for this job (replacing a toilet and properly hooking up a dishwasher) because Rick checked up on our electrical system while he was working. As it turns out, the plumbers that had replaced our metal pipes with plastic a couple of years back had neglected to re-ground our ancient electrical system properly, or alert us to the danger. Our house could have burned down, and our insurance could have declined to cover it due to the improperly-grounded electrical system. Thanks Rick!

We had a plumbing emergency late one night recently and our landlords called Beacon Plumbing. Zadrien showed up within an hour of being called and reassured us that he would get us up and running again soon as well as be able to tell us what may have caused our issue. Zadrien was professional and also calm, cool and collective given the circumstances. We really appreciate his service and professionalism.

I called at 9 in the morning and they made it a priority to see me the same day. I got a two hour window, but a 30 minute curtesy call to let me know they were on their way which I really appreciated as I'm a mom of a young kid. Mac was friendly, quick, and efficient. If I have any more issues, these guys will be my first call!

Jason was able to schedule CJ to come out and fix my leaking toilet the next day, after I assured him we had another bathroom we could use in the meantime. He texted to let me know CJ was running a bit behind schedule, and followed up with a text asking if it all went well after the job was done. CJ was able to diagnose the problem quickly (leaking donut seal between the tank and the bowl, and disintegrated seals on the tank. He had it fixed in less than an hour, so the cost was reasonable. I will call Anthony’s the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Third experience with Two Sons, and they are so much better than some of the other companies whose names are familiar on Seattle Eastside…I had to experience some of these other companies first, so I know of what I speak.Two Sons has gone above and beyond, every single time I’ve dealt with them. Prices are fair and their work is quality. They are not highballing their estimates or laying out a little trap to snag you because now they’re on your property and you’re locked in to some kind of payment. Old fashioned treat-you-right give-you-honest-work good-value.I love this kind of company!

This is the second time I have used Raymark plumbing, and both times I have been very pleased with their work, their professionalism, and their prompt replies. Jose did some work yesterday and was patient, kind and super competent. He explained the problems, the different options I had, and answered all my questions in a way that made sense to me, a non-plumber.

I dealt with Brittany on the phone, and she was great! So professional and helpful. I get a bit anxious when I have to call a plumber, but Raymark and their team make it so easy. I appreciate that.

Wow, Terrible Customer Service, Terrible Work.

Started the $20,000 project of connecting us to City after our Septic tank went.

Day 2, Broke our water line (after spending a whole day marking where it was) - 3 days without water. -- don't they do this everyday?

Told us there would repave the concrete they tore up -- Concrete driveway is left a disaster.
Told us they would lay dirt and grass seed -- All rocks : This will be fun to mow grass growing in rocks.

Changed agreement about the last part of the job that we paid for separately and refuses to refund $5,000. Now 3 months of fighting with them it is obvious the workers are lying about the work that was done. We cancelled 3 times, by phone and email. They didn't show for the scheduled appt. so we figured it was clear. Then 3 weeks later show up randomly saying they want to complete job. Talked to 3 different managers now and they keep giving the same run around

Matt showed up on time and was very professional. They identified the issue with my drainage and got it resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend.
