I called late afternoon about leaking pipe & valve from refrigerator. Willie arrived within one plus hour. He fixed the problem quickly. He was very personalbe and helpful. I will call Beacon whenever need their expertise.

I'm posting this for my mother, who used this company at the beginning of the month to repipe her house. This will include my experience as well as hers with the company.
None of these complaints are for Autie, who is the saving grace for this company.
The first complaint about the service is the office staff. There were three phone calls made to see about bumping the service ahead. Two on one day, another a different day. The third call was handled less than spectacular on our end, as by this point we had repeatedly told the office girl calling there was no way our schedule would permit changing dates. While I understand some individuals would like to get projects like this done ASAP, we had large items that needed to be moved around. I work 5 days a week, I am on call for my job, and I'm barely back to full time, post a work injury in which I crushed my foot. I had called a different time to speak with Autie, and received interrogation/ wanting details about where I wanted the work done, I ended the phone call due to increased agitation as I wasn't looking to make a new job but to ask follow up questions. I did not have Autie's contact information at the time, so I called the office. What ensued was multiple days of being called by Laura for a conversation I did not want to have, as I never wanted to talk to her. I repeatedly ignored the calls because I knew I would react with agitation on the phone. I ended up answering the call when I was waiting on a call from a different vendor for work and bluntly told her she had nothing to offer me and that I did not want to talk to her, which is why I had ended my first call to the office. While I understand there are procedures, I wasn't asking for a quote, I was asking to leave my name and phone number on the initial call I had placed into the office. Had I know it was going to turn into an ordeal with the office staff, I never would of called.

Second, day of job. I would say the overall quality of work is as expected. They worked with us and added a couple of items that were initially missed on the first walk through with Autie. The pipes installed were pex, which there is a smell/ taste to the water due to the newness of materials and the fact it is not broken in, one of the downsides to using pex. However, the job was completed in one day and the crew worked diligently to get the work done. They followed through on promises of what they would and would not clean up (there were materials we needed to clean up but we were forewarned of this, so no issues). They did patch walls but the quality is not up to my expectation, due to the nature of my job, but we hired plumbers, not wall repair guys, so again, to be expected and its not incredibly hard for me to sand and re-repair myself. The issues with the drywall is the fact that the mud was mixed with bottled water from my mother's machine she uses for drinking water. Evidence of dry wall patch was found in the drip tray and on the water dispense spout. This is a problem because this was an additional resource they did not ask to use and the sanitary issue of potentially drinking wall patch. We cleaned it up but are still finding spots throughout the pathway of work. The crew, while doing the pipe pull and cutting, had drop cloths down but lifted them before patching. It would have been ideal if they had left the cloths down, knowing they would be adding patch. Again, we have been cleaning these items up but the annoyance of finding random spots of patch is an issue.

Third item, is a member of the crew thought it would be amusing to mock the lack of bathroom situation. While he may not have meant harm by it or may not have realized or understood his comments came off in poor taste, they did. My mother had kidney surgery and has had lasting problems since April, so no bathrooms put her in medical urgency. The audacity to mock the situation was uncalled for.

The company has its issues with staff but performs the work asked for.

We called this Puget Sound Plumbing last June 2021 in WA and my husband inquired if they know how to install a FLUSHMATE TANK and they said, Yes! Their office sent their guys. One is the main Lead, Matt and his right hand guy. Before Matt installed the Black Tank, I ask for a quote and he quoted me $1,000 + just to install it. I thought it was a ripped off but I still hired him just to install it since it’s a brand new one sent by the company (FLUSHMATE) . He followed the instruction in the box. So happy , our tank was install . I asked how long is the guarantee . He said, 3 months.

After 1 month and a half, our Flushmate tank is leaking and could not hold the water inside. In the contract, the labor said , a 3 month job warranty but not the parts. I understand , it doesn’t cover the parts but if you are professional , your job would last at least 10 years because, he charged me $ 1,000 to install it. That’s a lot of money !! The tank is brand new one fresh from the box!!

This afternoon, I called for their service again and inquired about the guy who came last June because, he installed it, anyway! Their labor is supposed to be 3 months warranty but it didn’t fulfill their contract. That same guy who installed it, my nephew said, “ he only looked at it and didn’t even check it or something. My nephew asked him, how much would it fix ? The Plumber said, to fix it, it would cost us $1,400 to buy a new one again and install it! My nephew didn’t accept it because… it’s a rip off!!! I called their office again and talk to their Manager, Chris!! He said, I had to pay their technician if they fix my black tank! He said, our tank needs to be replaced! What???? That’s a brand néw one ! Did the technician even bother to check the inside of the tank or the handle? Nope!!! I was so upset with this company and not happy how this Manager try yo rip us off too!!! Never will I recommend their service!!!

Excellent customer service, understanding, straight to the point, very professional, and most of all patient. My family friend referred Zoltan Plumbing to me and so I called on Monday and he came by my home the next day and checked what I needed done and he came back on the third day. A Wednesday, and he fixed my sewer so quickly. His cost was reasonable and I will refer him to my friends. I was so blessed to find him. Great job by Raman done quickly and professionally. Nice, friendly attitude is a must for us and he certainly delivered on that! Would highly recommend.

Jacob came out quickly to repair a couple pipes that busted due to the freezing weather in Seattle. We had to turn off the main water to stop the water and no other plumbing companies could come out that day. Until I reached Jacob! He’s very professional, quick, and more than fairly priced. I have used Raymark three times now and have been so happy with their services. The latest call necessitated all new piping and enlarging the water line to the house. We were also having basement water leakage. Ty assessed the leakage situation and contacted me personally to explain that the water mitigation was better served with a professional waterproofer rather than by a plumber. He suggested a respected waterproofer and saved us! He went beyond and above to make sure we had the proper work done and was looking out for us and our expenses. The work he did was fast and thorough. We have a complicated older house and he took on the challenge with humor and grace! Thank you Ty and Raymark!

We've used Ally twice, first tech was Zach Tollefson and second was Ryan Coller Jr. Both techs did very good work for fair prices. We recommend Ally Plumbing & Restoration highly.

Dionte and Sam, came out on short notice, snaked our pipe and pulled a load of hair out of our drain. What once was standing water is now flowing better than ever... literally, I don’t remember the bathtub draining tgat quickly. Very please with their work and Beacon Plumbing.
