Fox is quick to respond and they communicate very well, with updates so you know when to expect the techs. Their techs were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I'd just had a very frustrating experience with a different company, so I'm grateful for Fox!

The technicians were very professional and took their time to explain the furnace problem I had. They also gave me several options for repair. This is my 2nd time using this company. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again when I have heating or plumbing problems.

They get two stars for showing up same-day. That is where the positives end. Two people came in and diagnosed our radiant flooring system which is a bit above my head. I am fairly handy but I didn’t want to get into it and mess something up worse than before. He was able to fairly confidently point to the circulator pump and say that is what needs to be replaced.He then stated it would be $2,487 to do it and it would take an hour. This did not make too much sense and I inquired at the price, he said he doesn’t break it down at all and that parts and labor is just that one price. I asked if he could provide any assurance that it was that circulator pump, or if it wasn’t we he find the solution and fix it without additional cost. He wouldn’t provide that assurance.Looking online the part was about $125 - $150 and the general trend was charging $500-1000 to replace it. I asked him to justify the price with this information and he stated that would be for a cast iron pump but I needed a stainless steel (there is a cast iron pump installed already). This pump is on the closed loop side and is fine with a cast iron as I found out later online.In the end I found a video with instructions to repair the existing motor (just spin it to un-seize it) and was able to get the system working again in 5 minutes and without needing any tools other than a wrench. I may need to replace the motor soon, but it will be $125 and 20 minutes of my time vs the 2500 they wanted to charge me.

Overall they were very responsive and caring. We had a pipe break inside our walls they had someone our same day and they were able to isolate the area of the leak and fix it by the next day. They helped us with beginning an insurance claim and offered options for mitigation. Very caring in a stressful time.

Arash came to our rescue when the City of Bellevue forgot to turn our main water back on. It was a quick but thorough interaction. He is easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable!

Called 10-15 different companies for sewer scopes and they were the only one that could fit me in same day. Devon was fantastic. Professional, efficient, and cost effective. Highly recommend.

Corey's team at Bob Oates is very good. They did not waste time at all changing all of our old shut-off water valves in our 24 unit, 25 yr old bldg. They had scheduled my unit to be started in the afternoon, but called around 10 AM to see if they could come earlier because they were just finishing with another unit. Since they shut the water off to the whole bldg at 9 AM, I thought that if they started on mine early they could finish early to turn the water back on. That's exactly what happened. They didn't take a lunch break and finished around 2:30 and had turned the water back on by 3 PM as promised. All went according to schedule and no problems occurred with the work that they did. Only thing that they forgot to do was to turn the water heater back on. I had showered the next day with some tepid water, but I turned the power back to the water heater and all was fine in a few hrs. I want to thank Corey and his assistant for the fine job they did. I hope you enjoyed listening to the blues I had going on YouTube while you were working too.

Got a pex re-pipe. They did it in like 1/2 a day, patch work included!

Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.

They were fast, friendly, and charged an extremely reasonable amount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

I couldn't be happier with the plumbing repairs done by the team sent out by O'Neill Plumbing. Another company had jumped directly to repipe - the O'Neill rep recommended trying repairs/parts replacements first. I was fully prepared to spring for a repipe, but Mike and his assistant did successful repairs and fixed some additional leaky connections while they were here. Courteous, tidy, fast.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
