Best Repair Water Leaks in Seattle WA

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

Great communication and responsiveness from Casey and his team. A sewer repair is never exciting, but we were taken care of very well during our issue.

These guys rock! Honest and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. I’ve been using these guys for several years now at my old house and now my new place. Matt is awesome! The last guys who were out and did my hot water heater replacement were great too. They’re definitely A+, unlike their counterparts with the same name (A+ plumbing, electrical,). Weren’t too bad on time, as were busy and had a previous job that took longer than expected. That’s the name of the game with house repairs. I totally get it. Highly recommend these guys.

We were referred to Simon at Clearwater Leak Detection by Mark the Good Plumber. Simon was able to find our leak within an hour, was very professional and pleasant to work with. He quoted us a fair rate for the repair, and for replacement of the main pipe from the meter to the house. We did the work ourselves and he was 100% SPOT ON with his location of our leak - it was exactly where he said it was under our driveway! I will definitely keep both contacts numbers handy should I need these services again!

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

We used fixer for installation of two faucets in the kitchen and in our bathroom. We also asked for advice about changing our bath tub faucet. Overall, we are very satisfied with the experience. They had wide availability. Ramon was on time, professional and knowledgeable.

We got a receipt via a text message link but it would be nice to also get it as an email.

We will definitely be using this service again in the future.

We had a bumpy start but overall Ready-Rooter made things right. The owners and service techs were very thorough, had fantastic follow up and very accommodating with pricing! We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! Thank you Budget Sewer!

Craftsman plumbing is great!! They've now replaced our garbage disposal and fixed a leak in our bathroom. Both times, they were well priced, quick to respond and very friendly. Definitely would recommend!

I can't say better things about Brian and Convey Plumbing! He is extremely professional and helps problem solve to find the best solution not the quickest or most expensive solution. His work is of the highest quality and it is comforting to know I have found my go-to plumber for all my home remodel and repair needs.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I've had The Plumbing Joint installed water and gas lines on my own property and they have always been responsive and professional. I recommend them often to clients.

Had Anthony out from Zesbro and he replaced my garbage disposal after it stopped working all of a sudden. He came out, looked at it and figured out that it had rusted out and wasnt good anymore. He gave me a price to replace it and had the whole job done in less than an hour. Would defintely use them again and will let my friends as well.

Cesar's team worked really hard whole day to replace my main water line, which was the old, galvanized style. Job completed as promised, fair charge, I'm happy.

I called with a couple items to be looked at which included adding an outside hose bib to the house. Within three hours Steve arrived, evaluated my issues, provided DYI ideas for a couple of my items and had the outside hose bib installed. Steve was very pleasant to deal with.
