Fox Plumbing technician performed heater service and quickly found problem with a noisy motor. Very professional, courteous and clean. Made a point of explaining issues and ensuring I was satisfied with the work. A little pricey, but quality job as always.

We had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. We have an old leaky pipe going to our washing machine, but we didn’t want to do anything drastic since we are remodeling the area in the next couple weeks. William was able to think outside the box so we could use our washing machine without using that pipe and increasing the water damage. Thanks!

This plumbing team went above and beyond!!! They were willing to work with my warranty company as an outside reimbursement which was difficult to find. They drove to North Bend from Bellvue. I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Very fast, efficient, courteous, competent service -- installed a water pressure regulator. The price seemed very high, though.

My experience with Clearwater Leak Detection was great. Simon was very knowledgeable and found our underground pipe leak in no time at all. He took the time to show us the issue and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to perform the repairs quickly and put our leak fears to rest! They had all the equipment needed on hand to help us out fast. I will definitely call them in the future for any water leak issues.
