I had an issue with a shower drain the previous owner did not install properly. Fox Plumbing was easy to schedule. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. The plumber did quality work and the job was done quickly. The price was very reasonable. I had a great experience and would recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone.

I called Gene Johnson after having temperature issues with my water heater. In the end, it came to a manufacturer recall, but the tech, Rene, was on the phone with Rheem and ran diagnostics to narrow down the problem. The tech was even out earlier then the original appointment time, by hours early, so I appreciated the immediate service. Everything seemed thorough which is what everyone wants when dealing with home repairs, so thanks to Gene Johnson.

We had a plumbing problem that occurred in the later evening, not an emergency though... I went to their website and completed the schedule service for the next morning. I received a call at 7AM and had Giovanni at my house before 8AM, Gio did an very thorough job explaining procedures and costs, he was patient with my many questions and was a great help.

My mother and I were stuck in the middle of the road since our car stopped working. This sweet strong guy helped us push the car from the road to a parking lot and we are beyond great full, thank you so much Andrew/Andy. Jim dandy give that man a raise he did above and beyond of his job !!

The entire team at Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter were great to work with and we are so happy we called them. TJ came out to the house to support us with a clogged drain and quickly discovered a break in our sewer line. He explained the next steps to us and went over our options before connecting us with Daniel who coordinated the job. A team of technicians including Abdi, Kylor and Joseph, worked hard and efficiently to assure we wouldn't be inconvenienced while the job was occurring. They did a fantastic job doing the necessary work and replacing all of our landscaping once the job was complete. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend Bob Oates Sewer & Rooter.

If I could give negative stars I would. I needed my furnace serviced so I called them and set up an appointment. I was provided a two hour window of when they would arrive and promised I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. After the 2 hour window had already passed I did receive a call saying nobody was going to be coming. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. The next appointment the exact same thing happened; two hour window passes and I receive a call that nobody is coming. Shame on me for rescheduling a third time, but guess what....not only did the two hour window pass, but NOBODY EVEN CALLED. This organization is clearly unprofessional and poorly run. If they treat repairs and servicing the same as they do their customers prepare for your heating and plumbing systems to be neglected and treated like garbage.

Was notified by PUD that our meter was running excessively. After looking over a lot of reviews online, I decided to call Clearwater. I spoke with Simon on a Friday, and he was able to squeeze me in on Monday.
He was right on time, and went straight to work. I have a long driveway, and the waterline runs under most of it, then cuts over to the garage.
After some time, Simon had narrowed it down to two potential spots he was feeling strongly about. He commented that it was difficult to determine between the two and felt that the line could be deep, or something over it. He picked one of the two spots and marked it.
He had let me know in advance that due to his current schedule, he would be unable to do the repair himself, but recommended Trident Plumbing who he felt good about. Trident came out, cut the driveway, dug out the dirt, but initially were unable to find the line. I called Simon, and he came out the next day and did another scan. It turned out, he was in the right place for the line, but it was to the side and the plumber had been only about one shovel more from it. Simon then dug some more under the concrete, and sure enough, not only was the leak under the first spot he suspected, but it was covered by a large root, that had pinched the pipe.
He definitely knew what he was doing, and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Wow!! Great experience!!! We called about hot water issue and based on the company expertise - we were restored hot water with a valve replacement within 24 hours of calling!
So nice to have friendly and skilled service with quality but not overcharging!

I am in an older home and have septic. Unfortunately I have had to use Trusted Plumbing and Heating on several occasions because of roots growing into my pipes. I had faith in this good-natured neighborhood plumber to repair my toilet. He fixed my toilet in less than 30 minutes, which is quicker than a qualified plumber would typically need.

HD Plumbing and Nick were great to work with! Nick installed a new drainage pipe for our washing machine (so it doesn't have to empty into our sink anymore!), and Nick installed a new garbage disposal for us. It all looks really good and there are no leaks! Also, Nick was very friendly, efficient, and did a great job of explaining everything he was doing.

Craftsman Plumbing is terrific! They are friendly, reliable, flexible and the work they do is excellent. We had them do a variety of plumbing jobs including installing a new pedestal sink and faucet, adding a flange to our toilet, replacing an old lead sewage pipe with a new, modern pipe, and more. They did a great job on everything and they left the spaces immaculate. Monty and Garrett were the team working on our house and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Highly recommend this company!!

The plumbers were on time, friendly, and were able to diagnose the problem, which was different than what I thought it was. They didn't have the exact item to fully fix the problem, so they left, got the part, and returned quickly to finish the job. And the cost of the call was very reasonable. I'll definitely be using Wezee's again!

Simple Plumber is simply the best! We had Joe over (again) to replace our tub faucet (had a cheap faucet with a broken diverter). Upon opening the bathroom wall, he found some galvanized pipe was still running through the house. Some of it appeared to turn behind the bedroom wall, but he couldn't be sure where it led. He replaced what he could see with copper, but didn't let the job get away from him. He could have easily opened up our bedroom wall and turned the whole project into something much larger (and more costly for us). Long story short, our new faucet is wonderful. It is rare to have a professional who is capable, respectful, honest, and downright funny. If you like, he will involve you in each step of the process. And, if you ask nicely, he may even let you use some of his fancy tools -- So. Much. Fun. Thanks again, Joe!

They are most definitely not available 24/7 for emergency service!! Called Tuesday and the soonest they could come was on Friday to repair two leaking sinks...

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
