Great service

We had an issue with water hammer when our irrigation system turned on, and Fox Plumbing was quickly able to diagnose the problem and recommend a solution. Both technicians who came on-site were clean, courteous, and hard working, and the PRV valve that was installed solved the problem right away. No more loud noise and shaking pipes! While they were on-site for that job we asked about water jetting our sewer line and their pricing was considerably less than the competition. Will use them again for sure.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

Ask them their price BEFORE you book them. They'll try to weasel and make excuses, and there's no prices on the website -- because they're more than double what a plumber costs, and they know people don't want to send them away once they've arrived, even if it's many hundreds of dollars. They are very fast and very helpful and I do appreciate that.

Arash, was out to our house in an hour after our pilot light went out and had it fixed shortly after. He went above and beyond to fix the issue and when he discovered it would take more time then originally anticipated he didn't charge extra and made sure the issue was resolved. I would recommend him first for your plumbing needs.

Professional, friendly and competent

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.

Josh V. Came out and took care our problem on a Sunday at 9pm! Wow we really appreciate him coming after what I know was a super long working weekend. He was super friend and professional, we will definitely call him again recommend him to family and friends.

When my outdoor water spigot broke off, Zoltan came to the rescue! Zoltan was professional, responsive and arrived the same day to make the repairs. His prices are unbeatable and he is fully licensed, insured and bonded. Zoltan was able to make the repairs in under two hours and we had our water back on before it became a huge burden.
