Local company with honest advice.

We have used Fox Plumbings services 4 times now over the last few years. Very professional, all ways been on time, explain what options or repairs are needed and always completed the jobs to our satisfaction. Some may say they are expensive. But when you find a company you can trust you tend to sleep a lot better. Will continue to call Fox again if needed in the future and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing their services. Special shout out to Josh!

Kyle was very professional and answered all our questions. He was able to fix 4 CPVC pipes in my house. One without drilling into the wall, which was a bonus. We would like him to come back and set the toilets when flooring is installed. He will add a special valve or something.

They were fast and efficient. Showed up when scheduled, and were in and out in about 20 minutes. Quick, efficient workmanship, and very professional and friendly. Highly recommend to all.

We had issues with wiring/electrical in the home. Ali and Dequorious (out of Tacoma) came out and were solidly all over it. They carefully analyzed the situation, determined systematically what the problems were, addressed them, and were very knowledgeable in what they were doing. We've had problems for years with this to be honest, and a couple other electricians had come out in the past; however, they didn't uncover the problem the way these two did, and, ..they took care of it once and for all. Hats off to this service team of professionals; THAT is how it is done! Thanks again guys; you both are top in your field and I hope that Beacon knows this!

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

Roto-Rooter was excellent! Giovanni came by on time, was very helpful and descriptive on what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He worked quickly and thoroughly and gave me a run down of what the issues were. I'd definitely repeat business with them. Great job Giovanni!

We had a leak from our ceiling to the basement and Ridgid Plumbing showed up on time and prepared and fixed the leaked and very helpful and also referred us to a water restoration company and how to work with our insurance company. Definitely calling again and would recommend to everyone in need of plumbing

I had this company repipe my entire house. They were the on the higher end of 3 bids but provided drywall patch work. My pipes are fine, but the drywall was a mess. They left a mess everywhere, even under my toilet seat! I was told they would come back and clean up the mess and correct the drywall work. Unfortunatly, they did not follow through and have competely ghosted me :( Over all, not impressed.

So disappointed! Have had great service from this company several times and was pleased to find honest & capable plumbers. But turns out NONE of the techs are vaccinated against COVID and owner has misguided belief that he can't ask about vaccination status. I'm getting chemo so I will not have unvaxxed people in my house, and they can't/won't do that. I can no longer do business with a company that doesn't respect my health or public health in general. It's clear that they buy into misinformation about vaccines and think they're taking a principled stance. Make your decisions accordingly.

I've had to use them for multiple separate issues and they are always incredibly straight forward and easy to work with. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone with a plumbing issue, they've been great.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
