Best Plumbing System in Seattle WA

Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

We had used Fox for some plumbing issues and was very impressed with the service. Decided since we had had such a good experience with them before that I would call with our heating issues. Again...amazing customer service, always friendly technicians- professional, knowledgeable, honest and now excited to participate in the AAA preferred service plan.

Chad came in and fixed our plumbing in one of the bathrooms at our warehouse. He was quick, efficient, and professional. Chad and the rest of the team were great to work with every step of the process.

Beware, the company answering the phone and coming out to do the work is not the company listed here. Seattle Sewer and Plumbing has 40+ years of experience and over 225 reviews. The company coming out is a much newer company with way fewer reviews called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing.

They came out and had me sign an estimate of over 400 dollars to clear one drain in a bathroom. The young man they sent not only did not make the repair, but he tried to charge me the 400 plus dollars anyway.

Apparently it is common for companies to send out young inexperienced technicians who are not there to repair, but to upsell. Often these technicians do not know how to repair, and are given incentives to sell homeowners on projects that will cost thousands of dollars.

I called around after he left and found someone who knew exactly what to do. They fixed it and charged me half of Joe's estimate.

Fantastic experience! On time, trustworthy! As a single woman I'm always a bit nervous about managing this type of work on my own as I've been taken advantage of before. Ladies, no worries, they were great! Additionally, I accidentally gave them my corporate credit card, a quick call to their accounting team and they reversed the charges and charged my personal card. We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. I called on Thursday to report problems. The technician Joe came the next morning. He gave great advice and came back when I couldn't get help with my warranty service. He worked beyond his contract day to make sure I went into the weekend with hot water. I am so appreciative of his work ethic and commitment to making sure I had water over the weekend. I highly recommend this company but more than that I highly recommend Joe! He's the best!

This total repipe process was quite painless I’m happy to say. The day of the repipe made for a pretty noisy house which was to be expected given the cutting of walls and ceilings. But the two guys doing the work were professional and worked hard to complete their part of the job and restore our water usage before they left that night. Awesome!
The drywall guy had to return a couple times to refine his repairs but Repipe Specialists were on top of it all the way.

Ryan and Blake replaced our hot water heater due to leaking and also because it had been in use for 21 years. They were very efficient and even had a great time talking with them while they replaced it!

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

Bath tub was leaking horribly, Josh came a little earlier than they estimated, and even in the snow! He was thorough and gave a price if the repair could be made and a price is a complete fix had to be made. We are extremely happy with the work, the service, the technician and the company.
