I had fox out when a problem that we previously had fixed reappeared with out toilet bubbling and shower not draining. I had told the plumber what we had been told previously, but they did the due diligence to understand the issue and they found another cause for our troubles. The fixed the problem quickly and provided helpful guidance on how to help prevent issue from reoccurring.

I really appreciated how fast 2 Sons Plumbing was able to send Angelo over to my house after I had a pipe freeze in my old tankless water heater. He thoroughly explained the issue so I could make a good decision and was able replace the appropriate equipment by the next day. Highly recommend!

Roto Rooter did a great job tonight on our emergency water leak...in our attic. Very Professional, William diagnosed the problem, came up with a great solution and was very reasonably priced. We had another plumbing company out as well and they couldn’t help us at all and even said we needed a whole house replacement. Timely, efficient and great service

T.J. at Bob Oates went out to a rental property I have, to unclog some drains. He noticed the problem might be associated with a new pump system I had recently installed. He offered to follow up with a previous service person from Bob Oates before charging me. I really appreciate T.J.'s observations and his honesty. I would recommend Bob Oates to others that might ask me to refer a sewer and drain company.

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

These guys aren’t cheap. But I am impressed at how fast they were able to get here, and the speed and quality of their work. I am particularly glad that I brought them in for this job (replacing a toilet and properly hooking up a dishwasher) because Rick checked up on our electrical system while he was working. As it turns out, the plumbers that had replaced our metal pipes with plastic a couple of years back had neglected to re-ground our ancient electrical system properly, or alert us to the danger. Our house could have burned down, and our insurance could have declined to cover it due to the improperly-grounded electrical system. Thanks Rick!

Called Simon about a leak in our main water line. He was out in a few days, found the leak and was spot on! Great customer service and very dependable!!
