Fox plumbing did a great job fixing a leaky pipe. The technician (Bobby) was on-time, friendly, and did a quick job of fixing the leak. I have used other plumbers, but now I would recommend Fox every time.

This review is for the parking lot - it's a nice overview to watch birds in the wetlands. It would be nice if McKinstry built a sidewalk behind their building so we don't feel like trespassers when we're trying to get closer to the birds.

GET MULTIPLE QUOTES before proceeding, I made a huge mistake working with Beacon, will never make this error again.They were very prompt at first, available before anyone else, so I trusted them. After the initial visit, I was told my furnace was over 11 years old over the phone, and told I needed a to pay over $1400 to replace some part that was no longer working, as well as the labor. Since it's a rental property, I couldn't verify their claims and decided to trust them.It turns out my furnace was only 5 years old (shouldn't need new parts), and their fix didn't include any expensive parts, just cheap materials (like a PVC tube). Even worse, the fix only worked for about 30 minutes. Another company came a couple days later and fixed the issue for less than $300. I can also share that a third company told me I had been overcharged, and even $500 would have been excessive.I contacted customer service, hoping to receive a partial refund for poor service, and they did reply to me repeatedly, but never addressed my concerns. Unfortunately it was a case of my word against theirs, since they only gave me the furnace's age and diagnosis over the phone. That was another mistake I made. I should have asked them to write up their assessment, but at that point I had no reason to distrust them yet.Our subsequent emails never addressed the fact that I was falsely told my furnace was very old when it was relatively new, and shouldn't have needed a major repair. It was the most frustrating experience I have had when working with a contractor or company -- completely broke my trust. What shocked me the most is that they showed no remorse in making a $1400 profit on a 75-min visit for a service that didn't even work.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

Both gentlemen were helpful, kind especially to my son who has autism. They were knowledgeable, understanding of questions and showed me exactly what was happening.

About 4 days ago I noticed a lot of house flies, for the life of me I couldent figure our where they were coming from. I bleached everything and threw away anything suspect. Finally i fount my kitchen sink was leakng to the downstairs and thought the wet smell was attracting them. I hate thd Idea of paying someone what I think I can do. So I cut open my walls and wallah...a leak. I shut off my water and asked for referals just to see how much it would be. My mother refered me to Bob Oates. Next day Jeovany showed up and found the exact point of the leak in 2 min. He was friendly but most importantly worked fast as the cost was per hour. He did not drag it out. He completed the fix within 1 hour and the cost to me for parts and everything was 330. He and im so guessing the company must have integrity if his main mission was to get the job done and not milk it. I have bills and kids to feed if they would of been too expensive I would of done the work myself although it would of took me 2 days and maybe time off work. He had the tools and good work ethic. I envisioned someone coming in and over charging and me feeling ripped off never using them again. This was not that this was a fair deal. So I will be calling them again and refering them to others.

Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

They rescheduled my original service appointment and then missed the 3hr appointment window for the rescheduled appointment. Go with another company that values customer time and provides professional service.
