This is a revised review...am having low water pressure in the tub of an old house with galvanized pipes. Although I'm aware the entire house should be replumbed, this was the only option I was given as a solution. I'm not able to take on the entire job at this time so was charged $150 to be told there was nothing to be done but that. I called after the tech left asking about it and was told that it was the norm to be charged for a service visit even if no service was provided as the tech comes prepared to do some service. I was asked by the tech what I'd like him to do but as my options were nothing or commit to a total repipe, I chose nothing in that moment. Needed to think about what else I could do. After leaving a review of my experience, Cat from Fox reached out to make things right and refund the cost of the estimate which she said should have been no charge with the options I was given. I really appreciate the effort on her part to make my experience a better one and the great customer service that can be a rare experience these days. When I'm ready to do the whole house I'm much more inclined to call Fox to do the work. Thanks, Cat.

I came home to a leaking water heater. Called two other service providers that did not want to offer after hours service. Then I called Beacon. The scheduler was super friendly. A technician called me within 20 minutes (this was at 6 p.m.) and by 8 p.m. I had a brand new water heater installed and ready to go. Thank you to Robert & Jason for providing fantastic off hours service. And I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for it!

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

We had a clogged sink and garbage disposal that regular maintenance couldn’t fix. Pioneer Plumbing sent Carl to us and he did an awesome job! He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and we couldn’t believe how fast he fixed it! Would definitely recommend Carl to anyone.

I called Sunday around 1:00 to schedule an appointment for my clogged sink, thinking it would probably be a couple days before they would be out. Realizing, I would now have to take time off from work, I wasn't sure when I could fit it in. When she came back on the line she told me they would be out that day. Prefect, I was home and not going anywhere. The fellow that came out was courteous and got the job done quickly. When I expressed my surprise that he was able to come out right away he said,they called him in as it was busy and they didn't want to have people wait. They didn't have to do that, but very happy they had the integrity to do so.

The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

They were professional even cleaning the floor where melting snow had accumulated. If a need again arises, we will contact them.

Our family's experience with Repipe Masters was nothing short of exceptional. Nick and his crew were complete professionals from start to finish. Fair and reasonable bid, excellent communication throughout the installation process, and we were able to give input when appropriate. I wish I could hire Nick for all our home improvement needs! Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was quick and painless. I submitted my request around 10:45-11am, they had someone call me at 11:20 am about the plumbing tech's ETA and Joseph and his coworker arrived around 11:35-40 am. Joseph and his coworker replaced the leaking pipe, the bathtub faucet and above all both men were very polite. I will be reaching out to Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating for future plumbing issues. Thank you, Joseph and coworkers for getting all of this taken care of in less than 4 hours!!! :)
