Prompt, Professional Expert Service all without costing me a fortune. I purchased a brand new Water Heater and was determined to do the install until I looked at the older complicated Gas Lines. I called Tommy with my Emergency after 5pm and he was up for the challenge & on his way out within a few hours. He executed a Master Plumber Water Heater install in no time and did it all with sense of humor and a great attitude. If your looking for an honest plumber/electrician Tommy is your guy!

James came out to my business to give us a bid for job. He gave us that bid, then we mentioned that we were looking at running another circuit since we had too much equipment on one circuit. He offered to give us a bid, then offered to do it ON THE SPOT! We normally have an electrician we work with, but trying to get him to come out, is another story on its own. James was extremely professional and friendly. You now have a new customer, and we will definitely recommend your company! Thank you James for your service and for making my shop run more efficiently!

I was looking for a “handyman” to remove/replace several broken AC units that were jammed into small window openings in an old workspace. Now I first contacted the highest rated handyman services on Google and they all declined the job. That’s when I came across Fixer.com.
The web site steers you into making an appointment right there, which frightened me a little because I didn’t want to make any commitments without knowing if they could actually do the work. After some research, I went ahead and booked an appointment. The process was easy – more like ordering food delivery than what I was used to with other companies. There were many options for setting up a day and time (although no weekends yet). After making the appointment, I received a confirmation email and then an hour later, I got an email with a time estimate range for the job. Since Fixer gives you a rate depending on your zip code, I guess you can estimate the cost of the project.
Fast forward to appointment day - Sherrie and Jacob arrived on time; they were very friendly. They looked at the project/space, gave me an updated time estimate and then went to work. When they were done, they left. They didn’t even ask for payment. I got a text and email later with the invoice. I did notice that the actual time taken was over two hours greater than the estimate. But I’m actually ok with that. It was an unusual job so it would be very difficult to calculate how long it would take to complete.
I went to Fixer.com to pay, easy enough. However, there was an option to leave a tip for the “fixers,” with different suggested amounts. That was unexpected. It’s a different model than I’m used to. But I’m totally ok with anything that encourages better service or rewards good service. I’ll just have to account for that in the budgeting stage moving forward. Sherrie and Jacob were very pleasant and I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Fixer.com. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Crew. Stephen and Jeffrey rocked it. WAY above 5 stars. Difficult main line repair between Rhododendron and Concrete stairs didn't phase them. Stayed on budget/quote which was HUGE!

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.

It was so nice to get through a long list of issues my house was having all in one day! The guys that came out were very nice and professional. Now we have working outlets, more outlets in better places, and the the power doesn't flicker randomly throughout the day. Thank you WSE&S!
