This company is amazing. Calling a plumber is one of the most stressful things to do as a homeowner. Losing your retirement fund flashes in your head. But not with these guys. They are honest, fair and do quality work. Josh C. is the best! We had to purchase a new toilet last year. We just recently had a clog and had to call for service. Josh was our plumber again and he remembered us from a year ago. He was super friendly and really nice to our dog, which goes over huge with us! He also noticed the main air vent in the hallway was dirty and told us the filter needed to be changed. Now that is what I call full service. The owner of this business arrived on schedule and quickly identified the location of the leak. He did identify 2-3 locations which was a bit concerning. Later when I dug up the location I found two leaks which corresponded almost exactly to where he had put in the flags. The fix was relatively quick and easy.

I appreciate the punctuality and professional attitude of this business. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Placed a call at 12:40pm and we were given an ETA of 3p-5p. Received a call back they would be ahead of schedule and they were to my house by 1:30pm. Super polite tech came in checked the issue (clogged tub/sink) gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was done within minutes! Will definitely be using these guys in the future! Thanks again!

The team from O'Neill Plumbing just installed a new copper water service at my home and did an outstanding job. Mike, Lorenzo and Carl prepared for the boring and made the necessary connections and upgrades on time, with expertise and cleaned up thoroughly. Mike, the lead plumber, ensured that the City came out and installed a new copper pig-tail from the city main to my property. Excellent work.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

Liam was on time (a bit early even) fixed the problem in no time, gave me some good non-preachy advice. Great technician and a good price to boot (5 stars )

Fixer employee installed a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. He asked relevant questions to make sure that outlet placement was correct. He worked efficiently and wrapped up the job within a very reasonable time frame. Fixer billing, payment, and tipping processes were seamless. Thanks!

This plumber business did a great job. They were quick, worked well, and knew a lot about water systems.

We contacted SF after our home inspection sewer scope revealed a crack in the sewer line. Rob and Jaime were committed to answering all of our questions via email and phone (we had more than a few!) ahead of the repair. Adam and Kevin completed our job and they did so in stellar fashion.
