I had Jerrod as my technician. I had a tankless water heater with A4 error code. Jerrod had wisely called the manufacturer for recommendations, something I should have done. He was able to resolve the problem by cleaning and allowing additional air into the system. He inspected the connections and ran a few cycles and we were all fixed.Disappointed in myself, but can't blame fox for it. They got the job done within an hour. Can't complain. Good job.

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!
