I have dealt with different plumbing companies in Seattle and I have to say that Bob Oates is superior to all I have ever used. I like the professionalism and their expertise. They respected my house. They listened and answered to all of my concerns. They have great communication skills. I am very impressed as I rarely see this. Also they didn't make me feel that got ripped off. I got a great value from them. I have had a bad taste from other plumbing companies and contractors. This company has 100% impressed me. Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

Our furnace had to be replaced urgently and despite the current supply shortage, sharif was able to find and install a new furnace for us in days, as opposed to weeks/months that were quotes to us from other companies. He is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Predict he will go far in this industry.

The main water line from our home to the street meter was leaking and needed to be replaced because our water bills were outrageous. Complete Trenchless was able to repair within a couple days and completely replaced the water line with minimal disruption to our daily routine. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely considerate when entering the house. The value they provided was head and shoulders above the competition when compared to the other 3 companies we had out to bid for the job. I'd definitely hire these guys again in the future.

Two men from Green House Plumbing arrived on time and were ready to get to work. They were prepared for COVID-19 protocols. Extremely polite and professional. Told me what’s to expect for cost prior to starting the job. The job of replacing the kitchen faucet was done within 45 minutes. Very tight quarters under the sink they had to drop the garbage disposal to gain access. They provided me with a quote before hand. The area was cleaned afterwards and they even asked if I wanted the old leaking parts, which I did not before removing them. Very satisfied and will call again for plumbing needs.
