I just want to say that I have used Rotorooter more than once and both times it was a very positive experience. Both times they gave me a time on the phone of when they would be coming and it was within the time frame I was given. The repairmmen were knowledgeable and were able to fix the problem in a timely manner. The warranties I received on the work done are great. I am so pleased with the work and I have had no further problems. I would call them again if I need them Thankyou very much.

Repipe Specialists did an awesome job repiping my house with PEX pipe. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone contemplating a repipe project. After purchasing a new home and getting a washer/dryer delivered, during the installation we found that the water connection was leaking horribly. We started calling around on a Saturday and were not super hopeful that anyone would be able to help us. Jim Dandy not only answered our call, they came out same day on the weekend without charging us an exorbitant emergency fee! The plumber (Frank) did not have the parts we needed due to the age of the house, but he called around to find them and then went to pick them up for us. Everything is fixed and we are thrilled with the service they provided! We will use them for everything going forward!

The Bob Oate's employee, Corey, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the issue thoroughly and was able to fix it and was extremely kind and courteous throughout. Highly recommend this company!

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Simon recently detected our heavy water leak in our driveway. He came out the same day I called, and easily detected with his professional equipment the exact location of the leak. He clearly marked the spot and it was in the exact location for the repair work to be done. We are very pleased with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor and customer service. He even went above and beyond and fixed a spigot so it would stop leaking. Highly recommend his services for water detection in and around the Seattle and North Seattle area.

I contacted Akers after spending two days unsuccessfully trying to locate the leak in the water line between the meter and my house. They were able come to my house that same day. They determined and explained how the water line had deteriorated and needed replacement. I requested and received an estimate that same day (thanks to Traci’s perseverance).
The quote was quite reasonable. Traci was so helpful in keeping me apprised of when the crew could do the work. In observing the crew work, I was so impressed with their efficiency and high-quality workmanship.

Came home to a busted water heater. I couldn't even locate the source of the leak because there was a torrential downpour in my garage. In a panic I called O'neill plumbing and Donna was extremely helpful and calmed me down. I sent her pictures and she was hopeful that the water heater didn't need to be replaced. She was able to confirm that they could send a plumber that night. James and Kyle arrived 3 hrs later and wore masks and shoe coverings. They quickly assessed the problem - my expansion tank failed. They were both nice and courteous while they were in my home and replaced the tank within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than $400. Such a good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.

Very professional, courteous on time and informative. Ready Rooter sent out their Drain Specialist Bui to help us with our Kitchen line. Bui did an amazing job. Was able to get the kitchen line to drain and Cleaned up the black material that came back on his cable and recommended a camera Inspection. He called out his Field Supervisor Jim. Jim performed camera Inspection and was very knowledgeable. Jim presented us with options ranging from a temporary fix to a permanent solution. My wife and I chose a permanent solution with Ready Rooter. They are great.

When our realtor recommended Sewer Friendly for a sewer line replacement, she said Mike was very passionate about sewers. It turns out this is true and then some! The friendly in the name is an accurate description! Mike and his team do solid work for such a fair value. I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
