Absolute ripoff, never use them again

Daniel Martinez fixed my on-demand hot water heater. He did an excellent job of troubleshooting the problem, and explaining how the mechanisms work in understandable terms. I think the tank’s problem would’ve baffled most technicians due to its inconsistency. But he figured it out and got the part ordered and back in place efficiently, and was super nice guy. I would definitely recommend his skills and his work.

Woke up to a dead water heater and by 5pm Uriah was already packing up after installing a brand new one! Couldn't have been easier!

Waste of time and money. Had an electrical issue with one light and hired Beacon to come and take a look. The electricians came, pretended to check the ceiling light. They used a high voltage meter to check on a low voltage outlet. And when I asked them to do it properly with a meter that could actually check the voltage, they appeared irritated then brought out a proper meter. Then, without doing much additional work, they said that all my pot lights needed to be replaced. They couldn't really tell me why.. just proposed that as a solution to a problem that they didn't investigate. The whole thing felt like a scam, so I paid them their $75 show up fee, and sent them away. Won't be using this company.

Courteous and organized older person, showed no tension and having been told about two dogs who bark, he went out of his way to acknowledge our four-legged 'brothers'. I would feel more comfortable if the 'fixed company rate' were publicly available such as on the WWW portion of the internet. As all plumbing work is notoriously expensive, a bit of 'transparency' in pricing would be welcome and take some of the 'sting' out. All summarized, this was another Roto-rooter pleasant experience.

I hired Arash to replace our 50 gallon, conventional gas water heater. I got a few other quotes and his was very competitive. His associate Armand came over the next day and completed the installation with no trouble at all and did a good job finishing in about 2 hours. Arash came over at the end to help close out the job and they ended up replacing the flexible gas line without charging me anything extra. I'd definitely recommend them based on their good quality work, timeliness and competitive pricing.

Had a great experience with Bob Oates! My technician, Denero, was amazing—professional, helpful, and extremely capable. He cleared out the drains in my house and gave me some things to look at on my hot water heater. All around positive experience.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

Jeff Richter and John came to our house to fix the garbage disposal. They were prompt, very quick, very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and after exactly what they did do. They made me feel like I had known them for years. Watertite Plumbing was fantastic to deal with for replacing all of the old galvanized plumbing in our house. Sharif was responsive to my request for an estimate and provided one promptly. He also recommended only what was necessary and helped figure out which lines should be replaced. The cost was reasonable for very good quality work. They did an excellent job on replacing the lines and tried to do as little wall damage as possible to open up the walls for access to the lines. They also kept everything clean as they worked. Sharif was patient and helpful in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing for honest, quality work.
