We’ve had Emerald City out a few times and every time they make the process so smooth. They are always on time, easy to reach out to with questions and always willing to go above and beyond with help. I’ve also recommended them to other friends and family and they are always grateful I passed over such a good contact. They will continue to be our go to whenever we have sewer issues or need updates.

Bobby was helpful throughout the whole process in a very unique situation with my sewer line. He kept me updated and worked with the city and the neighbor's contractor to find a solution.

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.

The only company that seems to work weekends and can save you in an emergency situation no matter what day it is. Highly recommend their service.

Excellent service and results, as always. Condominium had a broken sewer line due to tree roots. Sewer Friendly responded very quickly and made a repair in the street and also lined the rest of the pipe to prevent future problems. Rick, Jamie and Jason all receive 5 stars! Never returned my calls for a broken sewer line

First impressions are everything! Wezees made an amazing first impression! I had a water heater issue at my place of business which is a dog grooming shop so warm water is extremely important. I called Wezees and they were able to send somebody out within 30 minutes and had the problem solved within an hour and a half! Not only were they prompt and very professional, they are also very reasonably priced. In my line of work plumbing issues are not uncommon, going forward I will not use anybody else! Thank you Wezees for saving the day!

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I have been dealing with construction for years. He will be the guy I am using for all my plumping projects from now on. Tha ks Jason for for all the good works you have done my friend. Jennifer (the scheduler) and Dan (the plumber) were both easy to work with. The price (although not the cheapest) was fair and if you want the job done right the first time, with no call backs or any other issues, Dan is The Man. I've used Wezee's for two different jobs (water heater and toilet installations) and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any plumbing issues.

Professional and explained everything in detail

Had Anthony out from Zesbro and he replaced my garbage disposal after it stopped working all of a sudden. He came out, looked at it and figured out that it had rusted out and wasnt good anymore. He gave me a price to replace it and had the whole job done in less than an hour. Would defintely use them again and will let my friends as well.

I contacted them suspecting I had a severe water line leak, and they responded almost immediately and came out same day. Turns out it was a leaky hose bibb; they diagnosed it for free, and not only that, explained to me very clearly how I could most likely do the job myself. ALL AT NO CHARGE. I was able to do so---but I would call them again in an instant. I've found my new plumber. Trisha and Josh are simply fantastic.

We want to thank Jacob for his rapid response and suggestions to replace our bathroom faucets and install a shower head. Jacob explained the issues with replacing the entire shower system and we followed his advice and are satisfied with the result. In addition the final cost for the project was half the estimate of the two large plumbing businesses in West Seattle.

Had a tankless put in about a month ago and it's awesome. No more running out of hot water. They are great at communicating and I appreciate them sending pics and a background on the tech coming out. A nice personal touch. The techs did a beautiful job on the little details, a nice clean install as you can see from the pics.
