Best New Plumbing Fixtures in Seattle WA

Called up Beacon after 2 other plumbing companies (including Best) gave us a near $1000 estimate for replacing the ball valve on our unit's own water shutoff. Beacon sent out Jeff McCoy and his apprentice Israel, and the experience was amazing and hilarious. Israel is well-spoken and easy to talk to, and McCoy's sense of humor is just awesome. I think they both understand that 80% of the time they're on the job, the person they're working with doesn't want to have to think about mucking with their pipes and fixtures and just wants it all done.Beacon came out to the house for a standard quote, which costs $75 + tax. That might seem steep but that price is deducted from your final bill, so it's actually not too bad. McCoy kept spirits high and commiserated with me regarding my HOA (who was demanding the repair be done), and just made the entire first experience more enjoyable than stressful. The quote for Beacon came in under $700, and the final bill was $633. WAY under what other local plumbers quoted us, and cheaper = better especially given the quality of the work.The second visit, the actual repair, was set for 4 hours. Beacon was done in just under 2. McCoy and Israel worked quick, cracked jokes, and struck up a fast conversation about one of my preferred shooter games as they waited for dispatch to ring me up. When the job was done they let me know the proper way to restore water to the unit, gave me their card and told me to call if things looked strange after things were back in action. These two guys are completely awesome and if something else in my home springs a leak (though I hope it doesn't) they'll be the first duo I call to come out and look at it.You want a job done right and good spirits during the repair? Great service! Plumber was professional, tidy, and polite. Clogged toilet was promptly cleared and the guy verified the problem was fixed before he left (it hasn't recurred). I recommend this company.

Ben has performed the annual back flow safety test on our radiator heating system required by city of Seattle since at least 2015. When the pressure on our overflow tank requires replacement, his team took care of it.

I had used Joe years ago and needed his services for another job. I had an exterior faucet that was intermittently working and he was able to come out a day after I e-mailed him. Not only did he fix it pretty quickly (~30 mins) it was a very fair price. Very pleased with Joe!

We’d used Weezie’s about 3 years ago for a quick routine service and today we had an emergency so we called them right away. Jennifer was great, patient and understanding while I babbled in panic. Thorne came out and immediately calmed us with kindness and spoke to us with respect. He thoroughly explained the situation and then proceeded to complete the repairs. Thorne was amazing, we felt safe (as women) and treated honestly. The final bill was reasonable. We will only use them from now on.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

I don’t normally post reviews but had to share how great Raymark is to work with. The city discovered a crushed sewer main for my townhome under the street and required me to fix it. I contacted multiple other plumbing companies and couldn’t get one to even come give an estimate. Finally I found Raymark. They listened to my issue, came out and gave an inspection, clearly talked me through my options, and ultimately fixed the problem to perfection. Though the whole process Kevin and Tonja were incredibly helpful and communicative and used their expertise and knowledge of working with the city to get the job done and provide lots of documentation to help me file a claim. I cannot recommend them enough and they came in and saved an awful situation for me! I intend to use them for all of my plumbing issues in the future and would recommend them to anyone, including family. It can be challenging to find reputable companies but Raymark is fantastic and a company you can absolutely trust to do the work well for a fair price.

Service phenomenal. On time, communicative, and professional. Diagnosed an issue with water not running properly through the plumbing when my dishwasher was running. Found a way to squeeze in the repair on short notice so that I could use my dishwasher again without further water damage. Thank you!!

Dionte and Sam, came out on short notice, snaked our pipe and pulled a load of hair out of our drain. What once was standing water is now flowing better than ever... literally, I don’t remember the bathtub draining tgat quickly. Very please with their work and Beacon Plumbing.

Julio was very knowledgeable. I had really low water pressure with my newly installed irrigation system and I told him my issue. He knew right away what would fix it. I’ve gotten estimates from Other plumbing companies and they recommended a more expensive fix by installing a pressure pump which would have costed me thousands. Julio recommended changing the diameter of the pipe to a larger pipe and it fixed the issue right away. I would recommend this company for sure. I actually felt like I could trust them and he was honest with me about everything. They were very fast and they did a great job!
