Best Main Sewer Pipe in Seattle WA

I called Fox Plumbing about 11:00am to repair a broken toilet shut off valve. They said they would have someone out the same day between 12:00 and 2:00pm. They called just prior to 2:00 to say they were running a little behind schedule. They then called shortly after 2:00 to advise that their tech was on the way. The communication was very much appreciated. Anthony showed up shortly thereafter. He was very courteous and professional. He promptly repaired the problem and tested it several times to ensure it wasn't leaking. We couldn't ask for better service. We've used Fox Plumbing in the past with the same results. We will use them again if needed and would definitely recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone needing prompt, efficient, professional service. Thanks for the great service!!

Could not be happier with the service and professionalism of the two technicians that came out for an emergency repair and the fixed my ongoing sewage issues. Diontea and Stormy were polite, kind, respectful, and hard working. They worked late into the evening to get my system usable. Diontea communicated and explained the process completely. When I had issues or concern he was patient and allowed me to research before moving on. The interaction was superb customer service.

On August 10th we had an issue with a clogged drain. It was late in the day, but we called Roto Rooter for help. Within the hour, Kenny came. He was very kind, and polite, and said he could fix it right away. What great service! He went in and cleared the clog in record time! He is a wonderful representative of the outstanding service that Roto Rooter gives to the public. I will recommend him to anyone I know who needs plumbing service. Sherif installed a new water heater and recirculation pump for my home in North Capitol Hill. My home is fairly old and my water heater was over twenty years old. It was my first time replacing a water heater and when I gave Sherif a call he patiently walked me through the possible outcomes and pricing for each option. Sherif gave me all the information without me committing to any kind of service. Also, Sherif had me send photos of my water heater to him so that he could assess the situation. I found this much more effective than many of the other plumbing companies that insist on a visit and $100+ charge before providing a quote. Sherif was very communicative on the day of my service. One of his earlier jobs had run longer but he kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know when his ETA was going to be. When Sherif and his partner arrived they did the job with great care, making sure not to scuff up any part of the house while removing and installing the old and new water heaters. Overall it was a great experience. I highly recommend Watertite Plumbing.

Our well stopped working entirely this morning. They came right out, replaced the pump and pressure tank, and by end of day, we could flush a John and brush our teeth. What a deal! The guys were great. Thank you, Home Advisor!
