Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

We had a floor drain backing up in our laundry room. Called Fox Plumbing & Heating after hours. Technician showed up right after the call. Cleared the drain and got everything working in no time. Very professional, took extra care to ensure that the floors in route to the laundry room were kept clean while setting up and taking out the equipment. Highly recommend this company.

David and Makana came to the rescue on a Tuesday night. Our old 1908 house had a back up in the mainline, and they quickly jumped into action. Not only both of them friendly, courteous, and informative. They gladly showed me the “snaking video” and taught me about the plumbing system and best practices along the way. They resolved the situation that night. Later that week, I discovered that my water heater (+10 years old) was on its last leg too. Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

The outdoor drainage pipe that catches the water from our roof gutter was backing up. We wanted to clear it out before the rainy season. I was expecting to pay $500-$600. The agent checked out the problem and told me it would cost $1200. The Roto Rooter agent used a tool, like a powerful snake to clear out the pipeline. It turned out the clog went all the way to our neighbors' pipe (our townhomes share the same pipe system). Because of the extra footage that needed to be covered, I was informed the job would now cost $1800. With tax, etc. it came to over $1900.I believe we were greatly overcharged for the service we received!

Ridgid plumbing and drain service is a very fantastic professional company. Very satisfied with their professional work. Our water meter was leaking and he (Arash) came less than a hour on his after hour schedule and fixed it. Very professional and great performance. Highly recommend.

Luis came to the house, and was able to de clog an outside drain. Very courteous. A pleasant experience.

Casey and TJ came by to hyrojet my drain. They both worked extra hard trying different techniques and tools to fix the stoppage. However the drain was too tight to allow in the tools they needed to properly clear the stoppage. In the end, they only charged me for an hour of their time. Very reasonable. Very professional. Will certainly call them in the future. Thank you for the good effort guys!

Not only on time, but a little early :) fixed the problem in under an hour, professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. Prices were reasonable, service was exceptional.

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
