Absolute ripoff, never use them again

Adam had to come out two todays in a row. He was on time both days. He used his time efficiently, figured out difficult issues and was willing to go the extra mile all with a positive attitude.

My home experienced a significant pipe burst, so I'm glad I hired this emergency plumber. He arrived right away and gave me a very affordable fix for the problem. He even came out the following morning to repair some more issues I was having without charging me extra!

I wish I can give them 10 stars! I wrote a great review about Tim before but once again, he is really great! He is professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and cares about customers' concerns. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed the issues correspondingly. I entirely trust his work and so glad that the company was able to dispatch him again upon my request. Joe's 2sons plumbing and Tim are on top of it period!

Called Beacon on short notice after my last plumber stood me up. They showed up. I asked them to extend my gas line about 8 feet from the basement to the back of where my stove would be and install a Gas 3/4 Outlet Box so that I could slide my stove all the way against the wall.Jose Gave me an estimate of over $2000. They asked for half to start the work today. They called 15 minutes later asking whether they could come back another day to start. So far, not so good. More updates soon.

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing is very professional and nice person, my carpet is wet, he tirelessly squeezes time in between his jobs to drive over to review the situation, and explain to me that I need a restoration company to detect where the leak is, he is honest, and has integrity, will definitely
hire him for any future plumbing work.

Had a fantastic experience with their plumbers. I needed a drain cleaning in Seattle and they were able to get to me same day and resolve my issue.

Both the people I spoke to to schedule our appointment as well as the guys who showed up to try and fix our flooded dishwasher (ended up being an issue that needed to be resolved with the manufacturer) were so helpful and kind, plus they were super communicative about when they would be arriving. None of that sometime between 12 and 6 business! Would certainly go with Bob Oates again.

These guys were fantastic! Baba and his team took care of a water pressure problem we had been struggling with for years. THANK YOU! They were professional, cleaned up after their job was completed, worked until they got the job done, even addressed some additional plumbing concerns we had the day of their originally scheduled job. We just bought our house and knew we were in need of some plumbing updates. We hired a different plumbing company that weren’t that reliable and had screwed us over. Then we called Puget Sound Plumbing. Steve and PK Came to our rescue!! Not only did they fix the problem in a timely manner they were so friendly and professional. We’ve had a couple other set backs that they have come to fix. We really enjoy them and appreciate all the time And love they’ve put into our home. Thank you guys!!! Excellent service! It’s one thing to have technology; it’s another thing to know and understand that technology. Simon used what I will call progressive diagnostics to map the water lines in our concrete slab. From a visual inspection to a “simple” thermal imaging device to the next to a sophisticated listening device to isolate the leak to a one meter circle. I hope to update this review with the results from the the repair.
Simon gave excellent advice on the next steps after having located the most probable area for the leak (just the nature of plumbing in a concrete slab).
FYI. The 3 hour minimum charge was fully reimbursed by my insurance within a day.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Rude and sloppy

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
