Fox Plumbing and Heating provided same day emergency service on Saturday. Ryan was great! He was prompt, professional, gave fast service for reasonable price. He fixed our problem and explained each step.

We recently needed a video pipe inspection, and the Seattle sewer Company did an excellent job. The team worked quickly and accurately to identify the problem, and we found their rates to be very reasonable. We will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I had my home repiped with pex by repipe masters in November of 2020, and have had no issues with the pipes in the year since. The price was fair and it only took a day for the repipe crew to complete the job for my home (1600 square feet). Nick (the owner) is very friendly and easy to schedule with. I recently had an issue with the main water valve that turned out to be user error, and Nick graciously helped out with that.

Scheduling: The scheduler is very prompt and communicative at the timing to expect the service technician to arrive and the technicians arrived on time.

Diagnosing: Within one minute of explaining the issue, Josh knew what happened and connected us with another company for drywall repair. Josh was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and the solution for plumbing as well as drywall repair.

Overall, if we have another plumbing issue Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating will be the first people we call for service. It was fast, easy, and they were very courteous.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Simon made time to fit me in during his day to help with a water leak. Was able to assess the problem and had all the tools and part's immediately on hand. Saved as many plant's as he could and replaced all the dirt disturbed. Highly professional, punctual and reasonably priced! Would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thank you!

Michael and Pierce just came out to do a regular sump pump maintenance, and I can't recommend them enough! Very professional, showed me exactly what they were doing and what was good/bad in the system, finished the job quickly, and incredibly reasonable rates. We'll definitely be using them again.

I made a really dumb mistake of forgetting to disconnect a hose from an outdoor faucet right before our temps got down to 20 degrees. Recipe for a burst pipe at 3am! Ugh. I started calling around to places at 4am and O'Neill was the only service using a real employee to respond to the overnight emergency number (most use a call service who have no connection to the business). Not only did they call me back a couple of times to let me know they were trying to schedule around a major snow and freezing event, they surprised and delighted me by letting me know that they had a cancellation and could fit me in by 1pm. 2 members of their crew rolled up right at the time I was told and had the pipe replaced and my water back on within 30 minutes. They also didn't charge a cold weather extra fee like I was expecting based on reviews from so many other plumbing services. Thank you O'Neill Plumbing! I will sure to call you first this spring when I am ready to replace some galvanized pipes.

Rick and Cameron came to my home a couple times to unclog our drain in the basement leading to the main sewer line. They were thorough and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and cleaned up all the mess downstairs. They were very professional and included me in the findings with a sewer scope so I could see what they saw. Everything was 100% transparent. We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).

All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends'/neighbor's) business in the future!

I replaced my sewer line, including the connection to the city main about 110' overall. Paul and team used both pipe bursting as well as a liner (to the street). When I compared to other quotes Paul's experienced team completed the work in four days, less than 1/2 the time quoted by others. The team includes employees who have worked for Paul for over 18 years and their experience shows up as being efficient, competent and capable. This is hard work and the team worked hard starting first thing in the morning and not leaving till the completed the expected work and closed up any openings. They insured we weren't without service for more than about 4 hours. I found that their prices were very competitive, and they give a high level of confidence the work will get done right the first time. I recommend that you stay in touch with the team a couple of times a day to find out how progress is going, address any concerns and stay on top of any impacts to your use of the sewer main. Paul is always very quick to respond if now answering his phone anytime you call him. I would highly recommend Paul and his team.
