Roto-Rooter came to my rescue again. Their technician, Gio, is the consummate professional. He's courteous, upbeat, efficient and very skilled. I like that they quote a price upfront and stick to it, so there's no surprises.

Great plumber. Thorough, communicative, friendly. Another plumber told me they'd have to do up the concrete to fix the issue. Rigid was able to clear it with their snake. My only plumber from now on.

We've been using Bob Oates for our water/plumbing issues for years and they, people on the phone and the techs, have always been professional and friendly. The prices are competitive. I like their work. period.

Nick and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. I have been a RE Broker for over 30 years and was so lucky to get Nick and Repipe Masters to save my transaction. Great value-much better than two other big plumbing outfits that gave me bids. I highly recommend Nick and Repipe Masters!!

Summary: this place was over priced for the work that I needed done. I wish the dispatchers would have been more proactive
My water heater went out so I called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating on a Saturday afternoon and got on the schedule for Sunday morning. They called (during their arrival window) to move me to the afternoon. I told them that was fine. During the afternoon window, they ask if they can move me to Monday in exchange for waiving the dispatch fee. I hesitate, ask if they’ll be able to do the repair immediately on Monday. They say yes so I consent figuring I can just continuing staying at my friend’s house. Monday rolls around and before the technician even fully enters the garage, he know this is a particular water heater model which is notorious for failing and advices I contact the manufacturer about warranties, otherwise, just replace the water heater ($2k)… so not quite the instant fix I was promised. I wish the dispatcher had asked me for make and model info, then I suspect I could have started ordering the parts sooner (I mean really it took the technician 5 seconds to know what was wrong). Anyways, I try the manufacturer and they ship out replacement parts. Once I have those in hand, I call to get back on the schedule to have them installed and get quoted $960 to install the two parts which I already have in hand. That seems a little outrageous. I call around to competitors and find another company to do the work for $150. Turns out it was only a 30 min job… now to be fair, Puget Sound Plumbing is heating is reputable, certified, etc and was going to offer a much better warranty if I had decided to replace the new water heater. If it had come down to that, I would have picked Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and paid the premium for their premium product but for the small and simple repair I needed done, I felt they were overpriced

I used Fixer to repair a balcony door that had become stuck open after the heat wave this summer. They were very communicative, prompt, and got the repair completed in less than two hours. Would definitely use them again!

Dan and the team from Weezee's did a fantastic job. This year they have replaced all our old galvanized pipes, replaced our water heater, installed a new sink, pressure reducing valve and misc odds and ends. They were communicative, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Much appreciated!

When our older house was having some drainage problems in the basement for which I’d spent weeks looking at diy fixes. Joe identified the problem basically immediately and helped us find an ideal solution for a fairly big problem! We appreciate his awesome demeanor and knowledge; we will absolutely be the first person we contact with any future concerns. Thanks Joe!!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.
We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.
Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

This company is terrible, do not use! They have refused to send us an estimate for over a month and still charged us to come out...to give us an estimate! We have called them multiple times and at first were told they were on vacation, then weeks go by and they are waiting on supplies to give a quote then a month goes by and the lady on the phone just said i'll pass you message along thats all I can do. So unprofessional and fraudulent!
