We hired this company to install a water line to my fridge. Tim was quick and professional. He did his work very neatly and even connected my water filter in the fridge and double checked everything before he left.

Drew called ahead to let me know he was on his way and give me an ETA that was well within the window of time I was told. He made the extra effort to park courteously so as not to piss off my neighbors. Most importantly, he knocked that clogged pipe clear so flippin' fast! I appreciated that he explained the process to me to make sure I understood what he was doing. SUPER IMPRESSED!Update: I'm adding something to my review from yesterday. ^ The short version is that my water valve was stuck so one of my taps wasn't working. Since Beacon was so fantastic yesterday I called them again today. Bobby answered the 1-800 line and was AWESOME! He was patient, gave me a few theories, then walked me through a couple of things to test. Now it turns out that I just needed to apply some elbow grease to the valve and everything was fine. I am so grateful for Bobby taking the time to talk to me so I didn't end up spending money on something that didn't even need to be fixed. I wish I could add another star on this review for excellent customer service.

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

Curt Christopherson saved our day! The earliest appt we could get from a local company was 9:00am the next morning which meant no water for over 12 hrs. Curt showed up within an hour of our call and quickly determined what needed to be done and took care of the problem efficiently and timely all the while still taking the time to explain what he was doing. Outstanding customer service and workmanship. Owner (Arash) immediately replied to my after hours inquiry and sent the skilled and personable plumber (Reza) to quickly and correctly locate a cracked drain intersection in my crawl space. This required using multiple couplings to customize a perfect fitting replacement and adding hangers to support the joint better and prevent a repeat. It was worth the higher-than-handyman cost which was still well below what the big corporate plumbing outfits would have charged. I'm keeping the Rigid Plumbing and Drain Services contact info because I plan to call again next time I need plumbing help.

Bob Oats's team was at my Renton home 10 years ago to clear a clog and they did a camera inspection of the sewer line and said that the sewer line had collapsed and needed immediate replacement for about $3,000. They pinpointed the exact spot and my brother-in-law and I spent the whole day digging down to it only to find a perfectly intact line. We dug more and more with no problems found. Then last week we had a full camera inspection done by a different company and it was in excellent shape. This is 10 years later and no work had ever been done. No collapse and no work needed.

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Unclogged a pipe in a three story building. They had to put a camera down the drain, gain access into several units, snake from two units, cut through ceiling, cut pipes and re-glue.......hydro-jet the line and unclog the drainage pipe. VERY responsive!

I had my exterior door and door frame repaired. Josh was fast and efficient, on time, he let me know what he was doing every step and left the place looking like new. Great job, highly recommend.

Josh and Dustin were great! I appreciated Josh's patience with me to share what the issue was and what I could do in the future to avoid a clog again or simple fix. Pricing was transparent. They were COVID compliant all along which I'm sure is hard with the kind of work they do. Plus my dogs really liked them. I've referred them to my HOA and my work colleagues. Will definitely use again when my bathrooms go through remodel.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Wow! This place was awesome. They came out the same day that I called. They repaired my toilet clog super fast and even looked at my garbage disposal which wasn't working. I would highly recommend then to anyone!
