Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

William was an excellent, honest and professional plumber. He knew immediately what was the problem. He replaced the parts and stayed longer just to explain to me and my husband what happened, how to maintain it and how to avoid the problem from happening again.

Arash (owner) answered my phone call on a chilly Saturday morning as an external hose bib on my house was failing from a freeze the night before. He arrived for a same day replacement. Arash was friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!

TJ and Henry arrived before the scheduled appointment time which was much appreciated. TJ listened to our concerns about the drain blockage in our laundry room. Henry assisted TJ with running the cable machine through the drain from our toilet and they were able to clear the blockage. After placing toilet back in its original position, they helped clean up the mess that had accumulated on the laundry room floor and in the shower stall from the sewage that had backed up through the drains. TJ and Henry were very professional during the service call. We felt that the final cost of the work that was done was fair. We appreciate the work that they did to clear up the blockage and felt that they did a great job explaining what they were doing and what might have caused the problem in the drains. We would highly recommend Bill Oates Plumbing to any of our friends who may need plumbing work in the future. Great job, TJ and Henry!

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

This company is amazing. Calling a plumber is one of the most stressful things to do as a homeowner. Losing your retirement fund flashes in your head. But not with these guys. They are honest, fair and do quality work. Josh C. is the best! We had to purchase a new toilet last year. We just recently had a clog and had to call for service. Josh was our plumber again and he remembered us from a year ago. He was super friendly and really nice to our dog, which goes over huge with us! He also noticed the main air vent in the hallway was dirty and told us the filter needed to be changed. Now that is what I call full service. This job was complicated by needing to extend the interior water main to a second water feed including crawl space work. There was one difficulty with crawl space access and they stayed late to complete the job and stayed within the original estimate.

They came quickly, were super friendly and fixed it the next day. Great people. Not cheap but quality is worth it. Use these guys.

We have been working with Ben’s Plumbing (now HD Partners) for years. Our house is old with a lot of plumbing issues. Ben and Brian have been wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home even in stressful situations! They are the best.

Driver is incredibly unsafe on the road especially with it being heavy rain and wind conditions driving a box truck at high-speed’s bobbing and weaving through rush-hour traffic

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
