He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with his service. We will always use 2 Son's and will recommend them too all our friends. 5 stars!!!

I had a very poor experience with Beacon and would not recommend them.After my boiler had gone out over the weekend, I contacted Beacon, and a very nice gentlemen said they could help. I asked for the price and he said it would be $75 and that any subsequent work would be quoted in advance.When the technicians arrived that evening they told me the $75 was only for them to arrive and that it would be $700 to begin any diagnosis or do anything further. It was 5:45pm, I had turned away other companies, and the house was cold so I agreed. After 30 minutes (and no measurements) they claimed my exhaust venting was inadequate and would require a $5300 repair! When I asked for a price breakdown, he just told me they charged by the job and had a lot of liability (mind you, I have a flat roof). I told them no thanks and, after checking venting requirements with my boiler manufacturer, discovered that my venting was actually totally fine and I just needed a $100 wind cap. So I got less than nothing for my $700 and would have been badly ripped off for over $5000 if I had gone with them. I contacted customer service but they felt this was a normal experience and I got fair service for my money. I disagree but will let you draw your own conclusions.

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

I'm so grateful to have found Arash and his crew at Ridgid Plumbing. I'm a repeat customer. A few months ago, we had a leak from the shower into the crawlspace. Arash came out the same day, located and repaired the leak. It turned out to be a somewhat involved process, and he stayed late on a Friday evening to get the job done right. Professional, neat, tidy and honest and upfront. Another time, they came out to snake a clogged line, took great care and got us up and running quickly. Reliable, trustworthy service!

This company is a price gouging company! This company Charged $900 to unclog a sewer line. Jordon Ruby was rude and took advantage of a situation. The sewer line is still clogged!! I called back to say its still was clog and not working Jordon tried to tell me it was my brand new toilet that was causing the problem!! DON'T EVERY USE THIS COMPANY. You should only have to pay $300-$400 to unclog a sewer line. This company is a JOKE!!!

I was remodeling my master bathroom when the water pipe for the toilet got cut with a sawzaw. Water was everywhere. I called even and he had Norm there in 30minutes on a weekend. He had it fixed in 20minutes. They were super friendly, quick and clean. Thanks for saving my bathroom.

I had them repair drywall which was a two day job. Day 1 went OK, and day 2 went especially well; the fixer came out and touched up some prior work and really did a good job. Jayme made things right when we had some issues and appreciate that level of customer service.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
