They came when they stated. Fixed the problem to my satisfaction, and I go a six month warranty. Also they cleaned up after they are done. I have used them before, and they did a great job. I had our condo change plumbers to Fox. They did a great job and what was important they came on a holiday, Our former contractor plumber did call us back, and it was an emergercy.

This was a really big project. Hot water heater and boiler had gone out. They replace with newer and more efficient system.
Guys worked steady for 4 days, 10 plus hours to get job done. They were really professional and careful about doing everything.
Very easy to be around and so continence about about being in our space. Cleaned up better than it was when they came. I would highly recommend them for any job.

That plumber's arrival made my day. I've been able to use the shower regularly again, and it works wonderfully for my plumbing needs.

I was pleased with the work and attention to detail provided by technician Tyler with the installation of kitchen sink aerator sprayer. It works great every time and easy to use. Next plumbing work needed will request Tyler to provide those services.

I was shopping for a new hot water heater as ours was past its lifespan and starting to leak. I saw the great review for Two Brothers and asked for an estimate. Their pricing was one of the best I found and went with them based on the reviews, and was not disappointed.
Service was quick, they were able to come out pretty quickly. They were in and out quickly with good work, installing a high quality replacement gas water heater that's works much better than what we had. I highly recommend Two Brothers if/when you need a new water heater!

We had flooding of our basement and thought that we probably needed a French drain installed, which is super costly. We called Emerald City Plumbing and Wayne came out and looked at what was happening and figured out that the problem was with the rain coming off of the roof. Our downspouts were missing or not well directed. They repaired them and diverted all of the water out to the street instead of the foundation of our house, where it was previously going. They also dug some soil out next to our house and sealed the wall outside.

Throughout the process they kept us in the loop. They don't do work inside, but Wayne suggested what we needed done and he even came to check on the interior once we had the sheet rock removed. He was then able to see that we had a leak from a crack between the window where the water was entering the wall.

We were so impressed by him and his whole team! So professional and responsive.

Pioneer did a great job for us! The tech, Mike Davidson, showed up on-time and was very professional. He kept our house nice and clean and had our drains running in no time. Price was good and didn't have to deal with upselling. Honest company and highly recommended.

Great service on the initial request for rooting a clogged drain. They diagnosed and documented a collapsed drain pipe, scheduled and performed the repairs and proactively suggested and completed some related water damage mitigation. Great service all around.

Highly Recommend - Our Tankless water heater was leaking.

I was able to have Arash (owner) from Ridgid Plumbing within 30min of calling at our home for a Free assessment of our issue. He was patient knowledgeable. He was able to have have it replace 2 days later by Armini and Sina. Armini and Sina had the new tankless up and running in no time.

I needed a sewer location and video capture on fairly short notice, and was helped by Andrew. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and got the job done efficiently in spite of a tricky sewer cleanout configuration. Jim Dandy was also very helpful in accommodating a last minute schedule change I had to make. I’d definitely recommend Jim Dandy to other homeowners in need of this service, and plan to go back to them for my future plumbing needs.

Work was done efficiently, problem solved and I even got advice about an inexpensive shop vac I could buy which would help in the future!!

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Fast service and quality work! Called on a Sunday night and they were out the next morning to replace my water heater.

Don't be fooled by the rating on this website (4.2) They have 2 sites.. The other one has a 2.2 rating. I am reposting my comments from the 2.2. website. Called in request spoke to Rachel who gave me a day and 2hr window when tech would be on site. I arrived one hr early on day of schedule service which was between 12 & 2pm. At 2:10 Rachel called and said tech was running late and she would get back to me when he was leaving job site. At 3pm Rachel called and said he was still on job site, that I was still on the schedule, and she would let me know when to expect him. At 4:35pm Chris called said the tech would not be out that day but would be out the following day between 8am-10am. I told Chris I had wasted 6hrs waiting on the tech to arrive plus another 3 hrs drive time. I asked Chris if I authorized the work, how long it would be before someone would be out? Chris said the tech could start immediately if I authorized the work, it was after 9am when the tech showed up the next day..There were two employees on the truck. Matt was the driver and I didn’t catch his helper name. Matt was on site for all of 20 minutes. The first 10 minutes was him just sitting in the truck. When he got out, I explained what I needed done, had already purchased the part and excavated the hole, His first comment was it w/b expensive. I told Matt what Chris had said about starting right away and asked how the estimate w/b structured. Matt said he would give me a couple of options in the bid and headed back to his truck. I went around the house to set a sprinkler and when I returned Matt was gone. The next day I called spoke to Rachel who was surprised I hadn’t seen Matt’s bid, said she would call Matt right away to find what happened, and get back to me. Rachel never called back. Later that day I called and spoke to Chris, told him what had happened and ask for an explanation. Chris became agitated, said Matt was in the building and I would get the bid either later that night or the following morning. It’s been 2 days since I last spoke to Chris and I have yet to receive Matt’s bid. I will not be calling them back, as it just dawned on me that neither Rachel, Chris, or Matt asked for my mailing or email address. Don’t be fooled like I was with their promise of quick service. You are wasting your time dealing with this company. I will certainly make sure I tell all of my vendors not to waste their time dealing with this company and certainly not to recommend this company to any of their customers.
