My Dad calledFox PH because my bathtub was not draining.Water was backing up into the tub from the kitchen and from the bathroom sink. Dad tried drain cleaners and other methods. When Conrad and his Associate arrived and went to work quickly and snaked out a baby washrag on the second try. Quick and efficient and cleaned up behind themselves. Had a “water hammer” issue needing solved.
Tech was dispatched that afternoon.
He found the source of the noise inside the water heater space and suggested we just we just pad/fill space around pipe to silence it (didn’t require under house search or hands on repair)
Tech left without charging us for the visit!

Milton was amazing and got the job done fast and clean!! He told me why my kitchen sink plumbing wasn’t working right for 8 years since we bought the house! I even have more space under my sink now! Eric and Jeff came out twice to my house in one night to fix several different plumbing problems I was having. They did a great job and where patient with my mistakes. Will use again.

These guys were FAST to arrive and the first guy got to my house within 2 hours of the phone call for help. The first plumber could not fix the issue and they sent in reinforcements. Florin came and had the issue resolved in 30 minutes. I only paid the one flat rate, so for me this was a good deal because between the two plumbers, they were here for 3+ hours.

Ridgid Plumbing came to my rescue when we found out that our sewer line was clogged. After a few hours they showed up and fixed the issue with industrial equipment (all my previous personal attempts failed).
I appreciated their responsiveness, open communications and patience in answering all my questions. Thank you!

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

Bobby T is so great! A couple of years ago I had a toy go down the tub drain, not only did he come the day I called he was friendly, helpful, fixed the problem and was very reasonably priced! Just called him on a Sunday he called me back within a few minutes and was able to help again fix the problem!

Raman was very professional and worked quick to help me get a sewage pump unjammed at my house. The price was as stated and he showed up in the time window provided. I'd trust to use this company again for any additional needs they service.

Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.

They were fast, friendly, and charged an extremely reasonable amount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
