I called Fox for a few reasons, none of which were a big deal but all of which were a bit mysterious. Josh did his best to figure out what was going on. I felt he was honest with me about what he was and wasn't seeing and what the best approach would be. He also discovered something I wasn't expecting, and a big fix was recommended. I appreciated his detailed explanation around both what was needed and whether or not it's something that could wait.

We had a garbage disposal go out and Arash was the quickest plumber in the area to get it done, he did great work and we were on our way in under a few hours, with a new disposal.

Had a plumbing emergency with sewage backup. They came out and solved the problem same evening. They were later than promised but they did come and make it right.

Local company who's been around the Puget Sound for a long time. Saw their trucks all over the city and when I had a problem decided to call. Found out I had a busted sewer line and was given a fair and reasonable estimate. After a couple of more estimates I decided to give Bob Oates a try and boy am I glad that I did. Not only was it a better value than the other companies but excellent service. Great Job!

Repair was correct and looks fine however price was outrageous for less than an hours work ($921.84). Manager Chris was very unprofessional on phone call about price. I honestly thought there was a mistake in pricing because there is no way it should be that high. Highway robbery at best. Never will i use or refer this company. Steer Clear of these overpriced plumbers.

I have been working with O'Neill since mid November. It is now December 5th and our work is not complete but the issue has been identified. They don't call back. Each step of the way has been a complete struggle just to get in touch with anyone. Appointments have been canceled without my knowledge. I have taken time off work to be home for said appointments. I get completely opposite answers to questions from different plumbers. It feels like it is just a call service for plumbers. 3 different plumbers have been out so far. No one communicates back to the office. Every time I have called it has take days to get a call back. Only then after I call again am I getting any help. I would not recommend O'Neill to anyone.

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it? Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

We had an extremely positive experience with the company overall but Adam and Santino were fantastic to work with. We had 2 jobs done and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very quick to get the job done and fair with us on pricing since we had 2 jobs and ultimately this gesture made it so we will use them again and refer them to others. I have also worked with other companies this past year where the staff is rude explaining the job/details when I have questions. Both Adam and Santino were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Much appreciated!
