We have used Fox for a couple of urgent projects around our home in Bellevue. On all occasions, Fox delivered above and beyond. The team is consistently professional and their response time is unbelievable. I never feel squeezed in and always feel like we are the priority for our technicians. Fox has won our business for the long haul.

He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions and was patient. He explained everything in detail until we understood it. Would definitely call on them again for other plumbing needs.

We had a sewer backing up into the basement. Nate and David arrived quickly, assessed the situation and we very clear about the first steps. They were both thoughtful, considerate and knowledgeable. We got a quote and they stuck to it. After scoping our line they were able to clear the clog and told us about the tree roots down below - cleared those as well. Both men were very kind and explained things so well. We now know how to help keep the pipes clearer and what might happen in the future. We'd have them back anytime. Repipe specialists was responsible for a complete repipe of my house and switching over to Pex. I had 3 plumbers give estimates prior to choosing them. The deciphering factor for me was the care shown to ensure I understood what was happening. Repipe specialists were the only ones to fully explain what would be taking place. They actually sat down and showed me examples of the pipe they’d be removing and what they would be replacing it with. I felt they were also the most thorough when checking the house for my estimate, therefore minimizing the chance of unforeseen charges (there were none at the end). I do not regret my choice, and would recommend them to anyone looking for similar work to be done, especially if they want a clear understanding of the process. I asked a lot of questions, and they worked hard to get me my answers.

Excellent service, technician named Garrett came to repair our leaking toilet. He was great, he showed up on time, he was polite, used sue cover inside the unit.the work was great.

Bob Oates was extremely professional; excellent communication, clear and detailed quote, timely and helpful plumbers. Corey, TJ and the rest of the guys that came to rescue us from multiple plumbing problems that accumulated over the pandemic. They were *all* so kind, efficient and helpful - sorry I can’t remember everyone’s name but kudos to the team at Bob Oates for their excellent work and professional approach!! Definitely recommend. They fixed problems for us including leaking pipes, clogged sinks and a dreaded MAJOR sewer repair. We are in great hands with Bob Oates!!

Our water heater had an error code, and Repipe Masters came out the next day to fix it and show us how to perform the maintenance to prevent it.

Jordan and his partner got the job done the same day they came out and was friendly and easy to work and communicate with.

The owner of this business arrived on schedule and quickly identified the location of the leak. He did identify 2-3 locations which was a bit concerning. Later when I dug up the location I found two leaks which corresponded almost exactly to where he had put in the flags. The fix was relatively quick and easy.

I appreciate the punctuality and professional attitude of this business. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

We had a great experience with Evan Conklin's company!! Super knowledgable, really nice people, and lots of integrity in terms of their work and operation. Norm installed a whole house water filter for us and there were some issues (with the filter itself, not with their work) - but they were super responsive to all of my questions and even came back to my house to help out (and didn't charge me extra for the second trip!) Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!
