I appreciate them taking care of the mistake, but the stack of mistakes leave it difficult for me to recommend anyone ever use Fox for any heating, cooling, plumbing servicesContracted Fox to install some house AC units and a furnace replacement. It seemed to go fine, until a week after the install, the ceiling of my bedroom became a soggy mess. There was an incorrect installation of the evaporation line, so the attic was now part time swimming pool.. and the pool began to leak.They came out and repaired the issue....Then a few hours later, I hear dripping. Turns out when repairing the issue, another component was shifted, resulting in further water drips.They came out and repaired the issue, and paid to re-drywall the ceiling of one room.

I tried three other plumbing companies and they were not as responsive as this one. Milton showed up on time , answered all my questions and was very professional. I would recommend them for all your plumbing needs .

After a long day of my husband working on our toilet's pipes and it was still leaking and we couldn't turn on the water, we called Beacon. Matt came out and saved the day. He was quick, polite and did a great job. If we have another plumbing emergency we will definitely call Beacon and hopefully get Matt again.

Pioneer Plumbing is an amazing group of professionals. Their office is patient and quickly responds to calls. They can help field questions on email. The serviceman who came took minimal time, did only what needed to be done. I feel so lucky to be their customer!

We had to have our whole house repiped, and although it was daunting at first, the Repipe Specialists made me feel confidant in the decisions we made. They were helpful, friendly, and did great work!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! They were on time and were able to fix my clogged sink in under an hour! The technicians name was Prescott and he was fantastic. Super friendly and very knowledgeable about what was going on. He talked me though everything and gave me excellent advice going forward! I will be recommending him to everyone!

Nick and his crew were fantastic. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Tyler was very Polite, Respectful, thorough, & informative. Answered any & all questions I had. He also worked until 10:40pm after arriving at 5. Due to not having any hot water for last few weeks, & my toilet constantly having problems, I was really wanting both replaced asap. I was very greatful he was willing to work so late to get it all taken care of for me. Simon did a great job of locating the leak on my waterline service. Pinpointed it exactly where it was about 42 deep. Had already hired a contractor to pothole concrete driveway without success. Would highly recommend his service, very pleased with his work.

I had leaks in one of my basement walls. I called Drain pro Plumbing to come and do a leak search. They were very punctual, on time arrival, had called me an hour earlier confirming the time.
They did the leak search, and found there was a broken pipe in the wall, coming from the laundry room. Then did the drain pipe repair, with convenient cost. I am glad, they were able to make the fix at the right time, or else it would have been flooding later in my basement.
I am THANKFUL to the guys for their easy approach, hard working style.
I would say, if you have any plumbing needs, they are the right people to call. Good work.

We had GREAT service from Todd today. I called yesterday and he was able to come in within 24 hours. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, provided sound advice, and was extremely personable. I would highly recommend him to others.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
