Our water heater failed several days ago, however the leak was small and manageable but only for a short time. I reviewed various plumbing companies in the area and came upon Fox. In looking at their reviews and overall rating I decided to call. They were very friendly and amenable to a next-day consultation. Doug was the plumber assigned to our service job. He arrived early, was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I am the kind of person to ask a lot of questions and he was well-versed to communicate the answers that I was seeking. He worked quickly, professionally (he even wore the shoe covers on his boots when he came in from the garage). I was pleased with the eventual product (Bradford White water heater) and the manner he installed it (including some fancy earthquake straps to secure it for the eventual big one.) I would note that the price for service was higher than most other companies but you get what you pay for in most circumstances. Since this is my first encounter with Fox, I hope it proves to be an enduring value.

Called Beacon on a Sunday for an outdoor drain that was overflowing and flooding. They came within two hours, and Troy and Brent B were great. They fixed the problem in no time and even cleaned the drain cover. We had a different company come out for the same drain a year ago and there is no comparison to the quality of work.

Repipe specialist just did my house in Lakewood Washington today and they were done in one day they were great they came in explained everything they were going to do look everything over and got to work and if I had any questions of what they were doing and how they were doing it they answers my questions with no hesitation

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

Simon was just like what all the reviewers said, knowledgeable. To me the most impressive is his generosity of sharing his knowledge over the phone helping me to diagnose the problem of my difficult mysterious water leaking problem. He tried to solve the problem over the phone with me without any fees and when we decided that it will need a under the slab water detection, he was very clear and up front about his fees and I had no hesitation to agree as the trust has been established. There's no cheaper way to find some complex leaks, like under a concrete slab. And if you need one company to do this, GET SIMON as he is as good as any others out there and most likely better. Plus you will be dealing with the expert yourself, not some dispatchers. I'm very grateful that I found Simon.

I had main sewer clog causing back up in my basement toilet and kitchen sink. I called in Raman, he came out did camera inspection and gave me an estimate for sewer replacement. Within next couple days, they came out got the work done. Very clean, honest and hard working team, I must add very very efficient.

They are incredibly responsive and know what they are doing. Each issue has been approached thoughtfully and we always know we are in good hands. Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. Great guys and great company

We want to thank Jacob for his rapid response and suggestions to replace our bathroom faucets and install a shower head. Jacob explained the issues with replacing the entire shower system and we followed his advice and are satisfied with the result. In addition the final cost for the project was half the estimate of the two large plumbing businesses in West Seattle.
