This is the third plumbing company we’ve had out to our house since we bought it last Sept, and we finally have a winner! Pioneer was originally recommended by our real estate agent, but when our hot water tank failed eight days after we bought the house, Pioneer couldn’t come out for over a week. Since we obviously couldn’t go that long without hot water, we went with another company that could do the work in a couple days. While we now have an on-demand system, it was installed improperly and had to be fixed again – yikes. So when we had a subsequent pressure problem, we called a different company. The problem was resolved, but the plumber was very salesman-y for some additional work. When our disposal stopped working, I decided it wasn’t urgent and I’d wait for Pioneer to send someone out. So glad we did. The plumber quickly assessed the problem, thoroughly explained to me what happened, and told me the disposal was otherwise fine after unjamming it - saving me what I thought would be a pricy replacement. He was respectful, helpful, and punctual. Would definitely call Pioneer again first.

They responded quickly and sent a person to fix it. The first time I called they sent a person who did not turn any water on to check for leaks. I had to ask several times for him to at least test a few things and run some waters to check for leaks. That was odd. Then couple of days later, my tenant called and said she found where the leak is coming from. I asked for a different plumber this time because over all they are a good company. I thought it was very excessive to charge me $950 to change a rusted pop up, granted it is a pedestal sink so a bit harder access. They changed with a new faucet and changed the pea trap as well. I do appreciate they did it all in on visit and got the fixture as well. It was convenient and Frank explained all that was needed very well before doing the work over the phone to me. But I do wonder if I had shopped a round for a different plumber I might have done it for half the price. I okayed it anyways, because that particular day it was worth the hassle free and convenient fix and shopping for parts all done by Frank.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

I will never call another company as long as Ramen runs Drain Pro and has a team like DJ. They were fantastic.

Todd is now my preferred contact for all sewer line inspections. He is super professional, efficient, and careful of clients property. He gives good, unbiased reports that I know my clients and I can trust. He has gone out of his way to fit us into his schedule when we have a tight timeline and is always reliable about getting the report back to me right away. He is flexible about his reporting options which can be a big advantage with real estate transactions. And he is just a great guy to work with-- I would absolutely recommend him!

We had a backed up kitchen sink late in the afternoon, and I called Ready Rooter. They had a couple of service people out in less that an hour! Richard and Santino were friendly and professional, they explained the options and costs clearly, and quickly cleaned out the drainpipe.
The whole operation was quick and easy and the price was quite fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. I live in a new build, and HD plumbing were the guys assigned to fix issues we found after moving in. It took a couple tries to sort out all the kinks, but Nick and Bryan have been the friendliest, most professional plumbers i've had. They were courteous and happy to answer all my stupid questions. Each visit took an hour at most. I'm happy to continue with them if I ever have any need.

Emerald City Sewer Inspection did a fantastic job for us. Anthony was right on time and explained everything I needed to know about our sewer line. He did not rush and answered all my questions. It was a very pleasant experience and money well spent.

I would like to offer my strongest recommendation for Paul Honeyman and his business, Budget Sewer. Paul’s cheerful nature is matched by his expert knowledge in quickly addressing and fixing even the Really Bad problems like we had. I was especially thankful for his courteous attitude, which always evidences a sure willingness to do what was necessary to make us happy. I am delighted by the excellent work and service they provided us.

Cameron, the service technician (aka the plumber) was personable, easy going and persistent. The main bathroom sink drain had corroded and fallen apart. Cameron got the style of drain (cap and function) that we wanted and installed it. After installation when testing the drainage, it was discovered that there was a clog in the line (in the wall) probably caused by the original problem. After putting it back together it was discovered that the overflow line was clogged and it all had to be disassembled and then reinstalled. Cameron tested it again and everything worked better than it had in a long time. No leaks, quick draining and the new hardware looks great. As I said, very persistent and not charged for three installations. I would recommend using their services.
