I called Fox on Monday morning around 8:00 to report a leak in my downstairs bathroom ceiling. My repairman James arrived at 11:00 on time, and proceeded to check out the plumbing.He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was out of there before noon.I really appreciated the speedy attention and professional service. They were very credible and experienced and I felt comfortable that they both knew what they were doing and would do a great job. I appreciated that they weren’t pushy. Their expertise and professionalism sold me. They communicated the whole process very clearly. Although my expectations were high, they managed to exceed them. Beacon plumbing replaced a leaking pipe in my shower. 2 years later and the piece they replaced is leaking again. I was told they wouldn’t do anything about it because they only warranty their work for a year. SO BEWARE - if you want quality work that is guaranteed, don’t use these guys.On a side note, they also charged me the $75 service fee that they say is taken off if they do the work. Not trustworthy on any front.

Professionals, experienced. They do the job right. My sewer blockage cleared, they got on with the work and completed it in the time and cost quoted.

I have used Jim Dandy for several plumbing jobs recently. They are fast, friendly, very capable and well priced. I highly recommend them.

Derek showed up on time. He was very professional, clean and friendly. He was very careful with his work and resolved the issue with little trouble. He made sure that all of the other drains continued to work without any problem. Most importantly, he was careful and clean during this time where that is particularly important and he left the bathroom where he was working spotless.

I had him install a dishwasher and 2 toilets. The dishwasher shorted out underneath, and left evidence of it burning. The pro's who came after him said I should report him for the poor job he did. I'm thankful it didn't start a fire. One of the toilets is fine. The other is wobbly, and I need to yet another person in to fix that. In light of the service I got, I can't recommend him.

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

The technician Norm was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.

Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn’t even preclude my rating them five stars.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

They were on time, no hidden charges, protected our wooden floors leading to the work area and left the area clean. Would highly recommend them.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!

Mac has done the backflow testing for my house in Shoreline for the past 3 years. Scheduling my backflow test has been easier that with other testers I've used in the past. He has always been on time to the appointments I've made via his website.

I've had him conduct two backflow inspections during this pandemic and he has been very careful in regards to wearing a mask both times. (Really appreciate this!)

On the day of testing, he submitted the reports required by the city of Seattle via email and cc'd me.
