We woke up Monday morning to find our drain system was clogged and water from the shower was backing up. After attempting a repair myself, I called a friend. He recommended Fox Plumbing and Heating. I called them and they were out within 90 minutes. Our technician Mike did a fantastic job and had the problem resolved in an efficient manner. I felt we were charged a fair price. I'd be happy to recommend Fox!

Driver of vehicle #1535 blew a stop sign at Marine View Dr and Slayden on 5/14 at 4:10pm in Tacoma. The driver almost hit me head on since I had the right of way. Next time I will let you hit me. You will be out of a job and I will get a new car.

When you're living 2600 miles away from the Seattle home you're using for your AirBnB business, the last thing you want to hear is: You have a leak. Turns out, we didn't have just one, but three leaks, between the main floor and the basement. On September 29, 2022, I was notified of the leak and frantically searched for a plumber. For some reason their motto, Stop Freakin', call Beacon! popped into my head right away. God knows I'd seen the commercials enough, LOL! I called and explained our situation, which initially didn't seem that bad, but with guests due to check into our property that day, I needed certainty, not conjecture.The gentleman I spoke with, took down my information and assured me that a Technician would be reaching out to me. 20 minutes later, Eric called me back and asked for some additional information, and provided his ETA. Like clockwork, he and his assistant arrived at the home and went to work investigating the issue. This is when we learned that we had two leaks in the bathroom on the main floor, and a cracked drain pipe. While, he didn't have to, Eric expressed his regret over the news he was sharing, and what it would take to repair it. He FaceTime'd me to show me exactly what he was seeing, and what needed to be repaired. Not once did I feel like I was being mislead or hustled.He broke out what I call: The Book of Pricing and showed me what the standard charges were for the types of repairs we needed. They had to tear through the drywall in the ceiling to get to the pipes, but hauled it all away...which was such a relief. The last thing we needed was a bunch of wet drywall hanging around the house awaiting disposal. Eric stayed in constant contact with me while they completed the repairs. When they finished, he FaceTime'd me once again to show me the completed work. It was amazing, and they were finished well ahead our guest's scheduled check-in later that evening. It was a miracle that we were able to find someone on such short notice.While the repairs cost a pretty penny, they were done well, they were done quickly, and the charges were quite reasonable. Even our insurance companied attested this! Suffice it to say, I would recommend Beacon Plumbing to anyone reading this! If you happen to get Eric as your Technician, even better! At a time when many businesses are out to get what they can get, recouping losses incurred during the pandemic, it's so nice to do business with a company that still prides itself on professionalism, service and integrity. Thanks Beacon, for everything! We are clients for life!

As a business owner, for me it is all about making it right when there is a mistake. Both when I serve customers and also when we receive customer service.
On the Friday after Thanksgiving our restaurant had an emergency plumbing issue which caused our restaurant to not be able to operate. The person that took my call (Will) did an incredible job of responding and keeping me informed. After a couple of hours, the issue was that the plumber he asked to come to our location called out sick and did not tell him. After struggling to find us another plumber that was available, Will decided to take it upon himself to come out and do the repair himself. It was a one hour drive from Ballard for him just to arrive at our location. He resolved the issue in less than an hour and our Friday night reservations (revenue!) were saved! I pushed very hard for him to take a large tip, however, he could not be convinced. I have to give a huge shout out to Will and the management at Pioneer. Most times things flow very smoothly from start to finish. When we did have a hiccup, they always work to make it right!

These guys are fabulous. Out to my place within the hour, found and fixed my clog all within an hour. I will be calling them again if needed and recommending this company to all my friends. Thank you!

The upside is that they are easy to schedule. The downside is that their dispatch fee is double that of other local plumbing services and they aren't able to diagnose the most basic plumbing issues - so you'll need to call another plumber anyway.

I would like to tell everybody : this was an emergency, he came in time and fixed multiple problems quickly!! Left the work area cleaner than he found it!!! He worked patiently and knows what he is doing. Thank you so much. I will call you again.

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!
