I had 2 Sons Plumbing come in to do some plumbing repairs for us. They were fast and friendly, completing the job quickly and within budget. The quality of their work was excellent and they made sure to clean up any mess they made. Would definitely recommend this company and the great service they provided.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Marvin was the lead electrician on my project, and he was excellent. He was very communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing in detail, and he was always available to answer my questions. He also made sure to keep my home clean and tidy throughout the project.

Marvin's two employees, Phi and Joseph, were also amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They treated my home like it was their own, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work.

Hands down one of the most professional group of people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Benchmark has taken care of our business electrical needs and our home remodel projects for years and have not let us down. Benchmark maintains strict quality control, making sure things are executed to a high standard and always on schedule. Ed is very knowledgeable, communicative, trustworthy, and always a pleasure to work with. As a general contractor, I always recommend Benchmark to my clients. I know that my clients will be in good hands and the electrical process will be as smooth as possible! I would highly recommend them.

Marvin was great to work with. I called him, he came out a day or two later and scoped out the project. He emailed the proposal later that night. We hashed out a few details and came to an agreement.
I made the initial payment to Marvin, used to buy the materials that have a long lead time and also to start the work for permitting the changes. The permit applications were submitted a day or two later, and then we waited ~6 weeks for Seattle City Light to come disconnect our power so Marvin and his teammate could rewire everything from the street to a new panel.

Marvin was a great communicator. For example, on Thursday he predicted that our power would be restored on Friday at 1:30pm. I asked him to text me at 10:30am on Friday with an updated estimate. He texted me at 10:28am with the update.

Ultimately, the bulk of the work was upgrading us from 100A service to 200A service, including:
* Running new service wires from the power lines to our house.
* Installing a new mast, to receive the new wires from the power lines
* Installing new grounding rods, and routing them appropriately
* A new meter, and outdoor panel with service disconnect
* A new panel
* A new car charger outlet
* 2 new 120v outlets, interior and exterior

We had them install a fireplace, the work was sub-par and the owners seemed to have no concerns about the quality of work. We do not recommend them for fireplace installs, go elsewhere.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.
