Best General Plumbing Services in Seattle WA
Charged almost $600 for a faucet installation (that we supplied) that took 30 minutes to install, including removing and re-installing the disposer. After the tech left, the disposer started leaking. When we called them again to repair this, they gave us a window of 10am to 6pm when someone could be out. An 8 hour window? Wow. Then, by 4pm, when they hadn't even called, we had to postpone to the next day. And they show up over an hour late for that appointment as well. When they finally came back out, they said the leak was not caused by them. Would not stand by their work, even though our receipt said 1 year warranty. When I asked to speak with a manager, he just repeated what the tech said, so they apparently are going with the incredible coincidence theory that the disposer went bad at precisely the time the tech touched it. Bottom line, ridiculously expensive, not timely, and don't stand behind their work. Bobby Wagner should rethink his association with this company. After reading Beacon's response, i can add that they are liars as well. Their statement that they offered to install a disposer i supplied for free is only about $300 off.

I used them once in 2013 and their service at that time was good.
I tried to use them in 2018 again on my rental property because of shower water not hot. They changed the time several times and when they showed up, they told me it was the water heater that had problem and charged me money for their visit. So I replaced the new water heater and the water was still not hot. Had to hire another plumbing company to find out there was a leak in the crawlspace. Really unprofessional service and still trying to charge me money. I refused to pay them nor hire them ever again.

Jeo did an excellent job and fixed the problem with the relief valve and added a pressure reducer to my system. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Jeo was very informative and friendly. I believe this is the third experience I have had with Bob Oates and all have been excellent.

I hired fixer twice in a row last week. In both instances the team showed up same day (which is insane given other contractors were months out and likely more expensive)!! Did the job on time. Hands down the most seamless and professional experience I have had with such tasks - and I have worked on some massive remodels/projects. I would hire them anyday

Mike and Jeremy came to do mini splits. They were very professional and even helped us figure out a setup more customized to our older home (ducted mini splits). They were super careful about cleanup and always punctual. Mike even alerted me to an ant problem in our eaves, which definitely wasn’t part of his job. Easy to work with all the way around.

Queen Plumbing is great.
Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.
On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.
He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
