Sure, the logo is fun and the jingle is catchy, are they really that good?Yes! If you judge a company against their competitors and on criteria from previous bad experiences with other construction companies, you will not be disappointed!First of all, a Live person answers the phone and talks with you. When they tell you they’re going to do something they do it! The estimators actually showed up on time, were knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the project. But, they didn’t just show up, the company sent text messages with updates on status of their arrival, a picture and a bio of the employee who would soon be knocking on your door and walking through your house with you.“Questions throughout the process, just call” the project coordinator will help hold your hand through everything you need help with.My project coordinator, Tess, provided me with Customer service on par with Nordstrom.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

Most recent visit from Conner was excellent...did the troubleshooting and ended up going the extra mile to finish the work..much appreciated. I hardly ever recommend a service to friends....but, I've had good experiences with WSE&S which is why I bother to write this review. There are plenty of impostors...or outfits that do average work....WSE&S has been great to work with...
