They claim to operate at high expenses with high quality, but also at a high cost to customers. I got a standard replacement of tankless water heater at final charge of $8,231.30. Pictures of bill and devices are attached. Please think twice if you just need a regular service and you may find a much cheaper price somewhere else.After contacting Beacon's customer service line, I asked to be sent an itemized receipt in which they stated they are not a material company and couldn't provide this other than the invoice written up by the technician. Attached hand written invoice and clearly same type of water heater costs $1600 at home depo but Beacon charged me $5400.Please consider twice before you choose Beacon,which takes advantage of customers who need help and push to sell service not necessary needed. You will find tons of similar complaints from BBB regarding over-charge and push sell. Strong evidence indicates their practice fits the legal definition of price gouging in states where it is illegal. Washington State should investigate its licence.

We had a garbage disposal go out and Arash was the quickest plumber in the area to get it done, he did great work and we were on our way in under a few hours, with a new disposal.

We had booked them to check our ceiling for leakage and we asked them 5-7 times about the endoscopy camera technology in which they don’t have to tear up the wall and they confirmed it also but when the technician called us before coming we confirmed with him also once again and he said he as no knowledge of camera thing and our situation… and after that we called the manager of the company to discuss this and he said we don’t have endoscopy camera technology to check ceilings. They wasted our 3 days as we counted on them for this issue. It’s highly unprofessional of them and they should give proper knowledge to their staff about what equipments they have and what issues they can handle. They should not book appointments and waste people time.

Called them on Friday repiped my house today. Emilio and Doug were amazing! Did it in 5 hours for the lowest quote on the market after having 5 quotes. Plumbing works great! Highly suggest you call them.

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

I contacted Simple Plumber to replace some leaky valves underneath my 20-year old sinks. They gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself and saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Last Thursday Sept 6 their plumber David came to the condo and he provided the best value possible. The company should treat him well as he knows how to charge for the right amount of work and educate the consumer on things they can do to help with simple problems like a hair clog. Many businesses would treat the problems he found as an opportunity to gouge and he did the right thing and charged a nominal fee for a small amount of work. I would refer them in a heartbeat and hope all the business promotes this non sales culture.

These guys are awesome down to earth to make everything perfect under microscope for my 3700 sqft home new construction. Good ethics and communication. I have been dealing with construction for years. He will be the guy I am using for all my plumping projects from now on. Tha ks Jason for for all the good works you have done my friend.
