Fox plumbing is great!!! They've saved us at least twice. Kyle is fantastic. He lets us know what the problem is, what's involved in repairing the issue and then corrects the problem. He is very thorough in his assessment of the problem and communicates it very well. He doesn't do more than needs to be done. If we do the 'oh, and while you're here' thing, he takes it in stride. He's low key, but very good at what he does. Nothing throws him off. If Fox tells us Kyle is available, we are more than happy to see him!

5 star experience all around. I was a bit skeptical because they are a newer company, but I submitted my request on their site and Sharif got back to me the same day. He was easy to communicate with and I was able to get an actual idea of the estimated cost ahead of time, which was very reasonable. He was able to come out the next day and arrived exactly on time. Friendly and efficient, he got my new water pressure regulator installed beautifully and with a warranty. I'm very pleased to have no more drips and also to have perfect water pressure again. So refreshing to have someone local who I can trust after trying with the big corporate companies. I look forward to future business with Watertite Plumbing. My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines. Tyler is fantastic to work with and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

This is the best plumber I have ever used in the 35 years of living in my old house. Joe did a great job and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to respond the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. I wi recommend him to every one of my friends.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

I had a plumbing emergency and had been pulled around 50 directions by a different company that then would not assist me. I called Rudy's, got through immediately, and got a next day appointment without any trouble. I got a reasonable price quote (clearly dependent on what was found on arrival), but an actual quote! (Not a oh, no, can't possibly give you any idea like I received elsewhere.) I got a call back in reasonable time for anything (no matter how crazy) I called about. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

I am a property manager at a condo association and have used Prima for our needs a number of times and recommend them to the home owners here. They have been on time and do a great job. We are quite a ways away from their office but they always come through.

I hired complete trenchless in Oct to replace a leaking water main connecting water meter from the street to my house, which is about 50 yard long. After talking to several contractors, their price is the best. Initially, I had some hesitation since the company is relatively new. I think previously, the company's name is full bore. Cesar told me that he changed the name because he wasn't in this business for 2 years due to some personal reasons. Nevertheless, I decided to give them a chance.

They arrived on time and the whole job took about 6 hours. It is December now, no leak so far. Today, seattle has the coldest weather, and the waterline wasn't frozen. Now, I feel more comfortable to write a review as I want to see if their work can endure the test of time.

Overall, I am happy with their work. The only downside is it is a bit difficult to communicate with the workers during the day of the work. Cesar told me he would ensure at least one of the crew speaks English, but in reality, very limited. It is not a big concern to me since the work is solid.

In the end, I also got my paid invoice so I can be reimbursed from the utility company due to the leak.

Few things I learned along the way if you have a water main leak:
1. If it can be done trenchlessly ( drilled ), don't do it with manual digging. Trenchless is always cheaper and better.
2. Hire drilling contractors directly. Hiring someone that will subcontract the job will always cost you more.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
