Wayne & John came out within an hour of my call (shout out to the call rep, Kyle!). Although they weren’t equipped to fix the issue due some additional complexities of the system, they quickly diagnosed & explained the issues and then provided their recommendations. Really appreciate the professionalism, great service & quick response guys!!

Not nice on phone when I called

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

This company is a price gouging company! This company Charged $900 to unclog a sewer line. Jordon Ruby was rude and took advantage of a situation. The sewer line is still clogged!! I called back to say its still was clog and not working Jordon tried to tell me it was my brand new toilet that was causing the problem!! DON'T EVERY USE THIS COMPANY. You should only have to pay $300-$400 to unclog a sewer line. This company is a JOKE!!!

I had leaks in one of my basement walls. I called Drain pro Plumbing to come and do a leak search. They were very punctual, on time arrival, had called me an hour earlier confirming the time.
They did the leak search, and found there was a broken pipe in the wall, coming from the laundry room. Then did the drain pipe repair, with convenient cost. I am glad, they were able to make the fix at the right time, or else it would have been flooding later in my basement.
I am THANKFUL to the guys for their easy approach, hard working style.
I would say, if you have any plumbing needs, they are the right people to call. Good work.

This company is AMAZING! I received a $2000 water bill from the city and was in a panic. Called numerous companies to find someone who could detect a leak, after all the shut downs and limited capacity due to Covid, my small business is struggling. Each company that I called wanted to charge upwards of $1600 just to find a leak and many couldn't get me in until next week and some just were not interested in the job. It was about a 75 foot run and the pipe was only 2.5 feet down, so a fairly easy job. I called Akers and immediately could tell the difference in customer service. The receptionist was friendly, asked all the right questions and got back with me immediately sending someone over on the day I called. Andrew showed up right on time and was efficient, professional, and very kind and helpful. He found the leak immediately and also gave me some great advice for next steps so we could save some money and be within regulation with the city. Akers is very fair priced and the customer service is phenomenal. I have kept their card and will be calling them for any future challenges and plan to recommend them to all of my friends. I can't say enough nice things about how this company operated today, I am SO grateful!

I contracted with O'Niell Plumbing to replace my sewer line. The project was done on time, the crew did quality work, cleaned up at the end of each day, was very easy to work with and kept me informed as to their progress. I would highly recommend O'Neill Plumbing.

Installed Gebrit wall mounted toilet and sink and faucet and plumbing in new construction. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Reliably showed up when they said they would. Would definitely recommend!

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

I contacted them for door bell fix. Kei cam in and helped diagnose the issue. Even though he was not able to perform the real fix, but he gave me useful suggestions. And later on, he helped me fix a few issues regarding dryer and light. Also with follow-up communication with them, they were very responsive, and kindly answered all my questions.

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. I have to say if you're in need of great company, look no further. We had just sold a house and before it could close we had to have some issues with our septic taken care of. Ready Rooter were quick, they did a great job in my eyes beyond what I expected. I was beyond stressed with all that was going wrong and Jim managed to bring my stress level down with getting it all done at a great price as well. We are very satisfied with the job that was done and would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs someone. If I could give more than 5 stars on this I would.

Cameron was professional and good. But, the Craftsman Quote (that I sadly did approve to start the work) turned out to be triple high for 6 hours of work (including breaks). When I questioned the amount they were charging after the work was done, the company said on the phone, you approved in advance the work to be done, either pay the quoted amount right now while we're talking or we'll come after payment. This is not the trustworthy answer I expected, and certainly the tone of a company who gets negative feedback often. Did not know they quoted triply high and expected me to know how much every plumbing job should cost and turn them down. They came as a reference from someone in the plumbing business, oh well. Back to the old fashioned advice, always get 3 quotes on everything...

They responded to my call quickly and were able to come the next day. They fixed my problem fast and the price seemed reasonable. I'll use them again for sure!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
