Best Faucet Repair in Seattle WA

I see a lot of negative reviews here for Fox but so far I've had two good experiences.Two years ago I had a tenant drop something heavy on their wall mounted kitchen faucet which broke the water pipe behind the wall. I had to get this fixed ASAP and Fox was the only plumber I called that could come out same day.Now I had a 10 foot section of rusted-out kitchen drain pipe in a crawl space, and a rusted nipple at the P-trap. All the plumbers I called were one and two weeks out, or didn't want to work in a crawl space (Soreano Plumbing I'm talking about YOU). Fox was able to come the next day.The plumber arrived on time, and after a quick survey of the trouble went for parts. The plumber worked quickly, cutting out the old rusted pipe and replaced it with ABS; he also replaced a section of pipe under the sink (not just the nipple). It was not a pleasant job, crawling 50+ feet into a fairly tight crawl space to get to the trouble, but he got the job done in about 4 hours. While not crazy about the project the plumber certainly worked hard, and did nice work; he knew his stuff that was evident.The total price, at $1450, at first seems high but I think it is within reason for local prices. I doubt any other plumbing company would have been cheaper. I'm happy to have this issue behind me and am thankful Fox had the available resources to help us.

They showed up promptly (early even!) and diagnosed the issue quickly. Unfortunately the fault was in our dishwasher, not the plumbing but they provided advice on water damage remediation. Also asked if they should mask upon arrival which I really appreciated as an immunocompromised person. Will definitely hire again .

Our sewer line backed up and we were able to have someone come the same night. The technician was polite and arrived within the expected time frame. After trying to get into the drain through a toilet in the basement with no success, he tried to get a better angle on the cap by cutting a large square in the top layer of drywall, then he realized that there was a beam there. He then had to go through the main drain with the electric auger, it took a while as there was serious blockage from the previous owners 40 plus years of gunk. Aside from the hole in the wall that I need to fix I was happy that when he left our lines were clear. He also recommended that we get a camera inspection of the sewer line along with using drain colonizing bacteria to prevent future back ups.

I had used Jim Dandy with a different employer and was always happy. Called them in for a blocked line this past weekend in a commercial building. I wound up doing a lot of work pulling and replacing toilets (needlessly) because tech didn’t listen. They need to make sure their clothing is clean. I will use again, but a little disappointed in having someone who only had 4 years experience and was not well tooled or knowledgeable. Their power snake was awesome. It did the job when I told him a second time there was a reverse clean out in the main line. This was after he suggested that we might have to replace the ductile pipe. Jim Dandy, don’t let people who are still wet behind their ears make expensive suggestions.
Tevex coveralls are important. Listen to your customers so toilets or other fixture don’t have to be needlessly removed (especially when the snake wouldn’t go down the line line anyways). Don’t throw old wax seals on the floor.
The cost, $800, was a little too much for the amount of work I had to do and the level of knowledge displayed.

Needed new toilet. Mikey was wonderful. He assessed my needs, ordered the toilet which was delivered promptly and installed. He was professional and pleasant. I will always use this fine company for any plumbing needs I might have.

The Repipe Team is an extraordinary value. They are professional in every way. They completely replaced my 80 year old house plumbing system in one day. They work constantly and efficiently. They are on time and completed the work in the time they said they would.

Zoltan fixed a leak in my pipes. The pipes were exposed in the basement and the end cap of one of the pipes was slowly leaking. Zoltan was very communicative about the different options to fix the leak and was vocal about his thought process. The end result was to close some valves and replace the cap with a longer pipe and a drain valve. The whole thing took about an hour and a half of effort. Involved sawing off to the cap, welding on multiple parts, and draining/repressurizing a small section of piping.

Bobby T and his team are the absolute best! I don’t think we will ever use any other plumber. We’ve had him come out a few times, with services that need to be done as soon as possible. He was always very responsive and able to make it work. Tonight he came out to fix an outside water spigot that had burst. We had to turn off the water main and so he wanted to come out to fix it as soon as possible so that we would have our water back on. He was able to work quickly and come up with a very good solution to make it work and get our water back on. It was very affordable! Especially after having to use Beacon Plumbing a few years ago for a similar service and getting charged over five times as much as what they quoted us over the phone. I very much appreciate his business ethic and quality work. If you’re looking for a plumber don’t look any further than Bobby T! He’s your guy!! Made an appointment yesterday and they showed up on time. Raman, took a look at clogged issued which had several plumbers here without results. His troubleshooting and service were unparalleled. Highly Recommend it, but plan to pay for expert service.

Andy and his crew replaced the water line in my yard. The work was exceptional and all damage to the landscaping was repaired good as new. It improved the flow of water into my home a great deal. I would recommend them.

Best way to describe their team is extremely professional, hard working, and dedicated. They installed an emergency sewage pump and installed the long term replacement. Their work product was professional and tidy. Absolutely our go to plumbers here in Seattle.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
