Just had the pressure wash jet brought to my house to clear infiltration of my sewer connection line. As always the Fox tech was knowledgeable, affable and efficient. I always enjoy these visits because I learn so much just following their procedures and explanations.My 59 yr old home remains in splendid condition thanks to the TLC it receives from Fox maintenance.Well done!

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

I would never ever recommend this company to ANYONE! Frank Anderson came out on an emergency call for my breaker box being hot, I was told the electrician would arrive around 11:15, I had the fire department come out in the meantime to make sure it wasn’t a fire in the wall, my electrician did not show up until 12:30. Once arrived he was nice and addressed my issue, recommended replacing the whole breaker box sooner than later but could get away with replacing the one breaker for a little over $500! So being a stay at home mom with two babies I went with my gut of replacing the whole box because it would need it eventually anyways. Well he asked for half down on Tuesday and the other half on Friday once the job was complete. Half was $1371! So almost $3000 for a new box. Once he left I called a local electrician who informed me that was way over priced and he would do the same job for roughly $1300... he’s been in business 26 years. Anyways I called frank right away expressing my feelings of needing to make a decision based on my finances and asked if we could please cancel my appointment and refund my money. The money was pending in my account for 3 days and they didn’t stop it, instead I had to call again Friday and ask what was going on, Steve was who I spoke to and he said I would get my refund minus the service charge “sometime next week” ok I said. Well here I am TWO WEEKS LATER and still have not received my refund, I’ve been polite and patient to everyone I’ve spoken to an they have yet to give me a clear answer of where the hell my money is! My suggestion is call local before some huge name who is going to over charge you then take their sweet time refunding your money when they didn’t do any work at all an asked for money upfront. I learned my lesson.

As service technician in residential HVAC for another contractor I appreciate it when a company does work in a professional manner. I understand that repair pricing is more than parts and labor, but also includes the whole range of expenses that it takes to run a business.Scott, the original technician identified that there was a clog in the sewer line. Quoted $950 to attempt to improve water flow by using an auger and then having the drain scoped with a camera to see what further repairs would be necessary. Scott was able to improve water flow but found that there was still a significant clog. Clayton arrived shortly after that with the camera and identified where the clog was located in the pipe, and was able to mark the spot in our backyard that would need to be dug up to access that pipe. Clayton was able to quote $15,000 to have access dug to that section of pipe, have the clog removed with hydrojetting, have a clean out installed, and assess further. Fortunately, he was able to help us set up financing for the repairs. The excavating team and hydrojetter arrived that same afternoon, and removed the tree that was in the way and dig a 4-5 foot deep hole. The old concrete pipe was found and opened up so that the hydrojetting could be done which removed the build up of waste. The sewer pipe was scoped again from there to identify that the old concrete pipe was eroding after 60+ years and was more susceptible to clogging. Clayton was able to give us further options to help prevent even more issues. Very satisfied with the Rotorooter team. They provided a timely solution to an unpleasant situation.

The 2 guys were very polite and professional. they pulled the toilet and put a camera in the sewer to see why I had a clog. They showed me the inside of the pipe and the likely cause, which fortunetly did not need extensive repair. They were very clean and tidy given the type of business that needed done. Their office kept me informed of their arrival so scheduling was a breeze. I recieved a copy of the video emailed to me for my records. I will definetly call them first whenever I need plumbing work, both water and sewer services.

Nick and his crew were able to re-pipe my house in just one day, as promised. They were respectful and cleaned up when they left. Unfortunately I had a small leak at a connection, but they came back when i called, corrected the leak, and re-configured my tub and shower valves to my satisfaction. Their bid was significantly below the competing company that offers re-pipe services. I would recommend Re pipe Masters based on my experience.

Josh and Johnathan were awesome and professional, they came out same day and also fixed everything same day! Our dog liked them, which is a good sign! Highly recommend.

Raman came at 11:50 am and was done removing and replacing my garbage disposal at 12:25 pm. Fast, efficient and professional. Cleaned up after himself. Excellent job overall! Wore a mask and gloves for safety. Can't say enough good things.

I've depended on ONeill Plumbing for several years, for projects both big and small. Never been disappointed, will continue to use them whenever I need plumbing work. They have been punctual, professional and friendly.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.
