Best Faucet in Seattle WA

We had a complex plumbing problem that took our spare bathroom out of service while we had family staying with us, Fox was able to schedule service the same day I called and Technician Dustin McG. was able to resolve the problem quickly and cleanly. I would recommend Fox Plumbing and specifically Dustin.

The sewer system in Seattle is outstanding. They have now been utilized by us three times, the most recent occasion being for an HVAC repair.

TLDR:-replaced something that didn't need to be replaced-charged me $520.40 for it even though it's a $30-$40 piece -$620.40 for the whole 30 min job that didn't even fix the problem and left my house without water for a week-didn't give me $50 off even though I gave him the coupon-was going to charge me another $430.45 for 5 mins of work I ended up doing myself.I don't usually write reviews but I want to share my experience so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. I read reviews before I called to book, and although most of them were good I should've listened to the bad ones. Here's my experience:Willie/William came. He replaced a delta monitor cartridge and explained that the top assembly piece was cracked. It was only available on ebay so I ordered the piece and he said he would come back to install it. First thing to note. I had a $50 coupon that I gave him before he started and he did not discount me. After I paid he said that it was too late and that if we booked again he'd discount me then because he could not refund me and re-charge me(which I'm pretty sure is possible). However, that's the most minor issue of the job. He charged me $520.40 for a piece that cost $30-$40. The worst part is that the part didn't need to be replaced. This information was verified by a different plumber. I tried to call multiple times to get an explanation but was directed a bunch of times to only end up being sent to the managers voicemail. It said to leave my info and they'd call back but it's been a week and I've received no call back. I received the new piece this morning. It took me 5 mins to reinstall-adhesive caulking and all. He quoted me $430.45 for this work.

I called Roto-Rooter for a kitchen faucet replacement and leak repair. Scott, the technician, was very upfront about costs and options, and completed the installation and repair very quickly. The workmanship was excellent.

I have used Ridgid Plumbing for years now and Arash has always been my go-to guy whenever we've had a plumbing problem.
I can't say enough good things about him and his service!
He's always there for me and for our family, is super-responsive and his work is top-notch and reasonable. I wish that everyone we have used was as good and as dependable!

My outside hose faucet was leaking a little bit. I tried to take it off myself and replace, but couldn't get it and was worried about breaking the pipe, which is a common problem. I figured I'd rather pay the price for the peace of mind and I'm glad I did. Ryan came out, was super professional, walked my through everything and got the job done under the hour minimum. He even offered to look at anything else we wanted for the remainder of the hour.

Service folks arrived when they promised and fixed a problem that was more involved than anticipated. Very efficient and professional. I have a history with these people---always a good experience.

Nick and his team were clean, courteous and were able to do the work quickly. They repiped our house in one day and when he realized they had forgotten to repair the drain pipe for the washer Nick called immediately to let me know so that I wouldn't use the washing machine until they had come back asap to correct the mistake. They even made time to correct a bad decision we had made about keeping a faucet when they returned.
Bottom line: They provided us with good service and great value.

I called today needing an urinal fixed. It seemed to not be flushing correctly and leaking occasionally. Joshua and Jonathon came within 15 minutes of my call, were very polite, and educated me on urinals. They solved my leaking problem and taught me what was and wasn't normal for a urinal and how to properly clean it. Josh and Jonathan are THE BEST! We will be using them from now on!

After making several calls to different plumbers and not feeling comfortable with the few people who actually answered, I found Zoltan and I am glad I did!

I needed to have an instant hot water tank installed underneath my sink and the hot water dispenser faucet installed on the countertop. I had upgraded the faucet to coordinate with my existing kitchen faucet --almost a perfect style match, just smaller.

As a designer, I spend countless hours researching all aspects of projects from new construction to remodeling, warranting the oversight of any aspect of a project - structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. I had several conversations with larger plumbing companies and most had no available service appointment for weeks. I decided to look for a licensed/bonded plumber that was independent. SHAZAM!! Zoltan appeared in my searches and I promptly called. He is quite knowledgeable and totally understood the scope of the work during our initial phone conversation. He was hesitant to quote me a price without coming to the house and personally assess the project, offering this service, free of charge! (Most plumbing companies charge for an estimate, though it is often reimbursed if the job is performed). He was adamant about his process and, luckily for me, had time the next day to come by, offer an estimate and to complete the job, if I agreed to the price! We agreed, the work commenced and it was a job well done!

He was very patient and respectful, and probably the one of the most polite individuals I have met in a long time! I am NOT an easy client and I ask a plethora of questions, all of which, Zoltan expertly answered. I was immediately very, very comfortable with the level of his expertise. He is organized, careful and tidy and works efficiently in getting the job done. His main concern seems to be giving you quality work at a reasonable price. He is not the least expensive option, though not the most expensive either. I am sure that you will be satisfied and I think I'd trust him with any future plumbing needs.

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. Would gladly hire again. My highest recommendation.

Grateful... I had a slow basement drain and some back up from it when I did my laundry. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon and there had been predictions of heavy snow falling then so I called to cancel my appointment and reschedule. Very kind Jennifer found a way to get someone out to see me EARLY, before the snow hit -- thanks Nels and helpful young trainee, for helping get the drained cleared so I could do my laundry without fear! Nels -- thanks too for lots of thoughtful advice. I also want to say a shoutout for O'Neill -- I've never had anyone try to upsell me on anything. Thanks for all your help with an old house and old plumbing over the years.
