I had a great experience with Ryan removing and replacing a corroded gas line. The configuration is a little odd and he did a great job creatively problem-solving what to do. I did have a miscommunication about scheduling - I thought he'd come back on Tuesday unless I called but then it turned out they were expecting me to call to schedule. When I did call they were great and very flexible about rescheduling and it wasn't an issue.

John did a great job installing a new bathtub drain. He was here on time and was very professional.

Their technician came to my home to clear a drain clog. The technician was professional and courteous, and gave me a detailed explanation of the process before starting the job. He started by conducting a hydro-jetting method to clear the blockage. During the procedure, he tested the line afterwards to make sure the flow was restored. He was thorough in his inspection, and even left the area much cleaner than how he found it. I was very impressed with the job.

Diontea really helped us out of a jam when we had a buried pipe fitting break and start leaking next to our foundation.

Appointment was at 10am-2pm. Delayed and further delayed every hour I called. Nobody called me with an update. I called like 8 times beginning 1:30pm. Nobody at different departments can give me an estimated time of arrival. Not the best customer service you could get or even tried to be helpful. Finally the serviceman came closed to 6pm after 8 hours and it was already dark. This is a residential/commercial building and I waited 8-hours in the car, cold, hungry and annoyed by the laundry room. The serviceman was not able to identify where the puddle of water might be coming from and if he needs to drain it it will cost another $400 which might not solve the problem so I just let him go. Nothing was resolved after 8 hours. RR still charged me for the service call $76 for 5-mins. No mercy or any discount for their lateness! Worst experience I've ever had. I would never want to use RotoRooter again.

It was amazingly fast. The plumber came at the same day I texted to him. All the work was done very neatly and efficiently.

Jim Dandy quickly dispatched a plumber to our house after our kitchen sink backed up. Tim arrived on time and quickly cleared a secondary pipe clog. He made the whole process easy and pain free. We would recommend Jim Dandy and their excellent plumber Tim to anyone.

We have used them several times, most recently for the replacement of our entire sewer line. They made this a fairly easy and painless process. Granted, these types of projects are painful on the pocketbook. Bob Oates has comparable prices and excellent service. Andrew was assigned as our project manager. He was professional and communicated throughout. We highly recommend this company

The technician had to come back 3 times to fix the BRAND NEW water heater he installed. He spent probably 15 hours total. They do not itemize their costs...because they are nearly double what you pay on your own. We asked for the cost of the water heater for home warranty purposes and were turned down, because “we don’t give out our costs”, even though they were informed we needed it before he began work. When they give you a time frame of 2 hours, expect them to be there at the tail end of the timeline or late, or not that day.

*update- the invoice clearly states the customer wanted a breakdown for home warranty. This company does not divulge their prices to the customer. You have to ask yourself why...the answer: to hide the price gouging they do. Criminal to do that any time but especially in a pandemic with people of minimal means.

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

Jeff Richter and John came to our house to fix the garbage disposal. They were prompt, very quick, very professional and personable. They explained what they were going to do and after exactly what they did do. They made me feel like I had known them for years. We will only use O'Neill Plumbing from now on and we will always ask for Jeff Richter and John they were wonderful!

Very professional, courteous on time and informative. Ready Rooter sent out their Drain Specialist Bui to help us with our Kitchen line. Bui did an amazing job. Was able to get the kitchen line to drain and Cleaned up the black material that came back on his cable and recommended a camera Inspection. He called out his Field Supervisor Jim. Jim performed camera Inspection and was very knowledgeable. Jim presented us with options ranging from a temporary fix to a permanent solution. My wife and I chose a permanent solution with Ready Rooter. They are great.
