We have used Fox Plumbing in the past and have always had great service. So when we discovered a leak in our basement, they were the first people we thought of to call. I called late in the day, but they were still able to send someone out the same day. The tech found the problem right away and fixed it. A nice touch was when he asked me if there was anything else he could take a look at while he was there...I really appreciated that! Thanks guys!!

We called 2 Sons for help installing a garbage disposal that would require some pipe rerouting.
They came out for the initial estimate within a couple days of our first call and had an estimate promptly to us. We needed to do a couple things before so we reached back about a month later. They were able to update the estimate for us and come out within 2 days!
Anthony arrived right on time and got straight to it. He had the pipe rerouted and the disposal installed within the timeframe they promised and thoroughly tested all the connections, including the dishwasher, for leaking.

I do not recommend. We called and made an appointment and they no showed the appointment. Then when we called them they rescheduled for 2 days later. Then rescheduled again. They no showed that one. When they finally showed up, they said there was no leak and didn't fix our problem (drinking fountain sprayed water everywhere and was leaking from the fountain onto the dry wall..... which was all visible). I called another company to fix the problem and wished I would have not wasted two weeks waiting for PSP&H to show up.

My project to replace the water main from the meter to my house was very successful! The crew showed up at the promised time, started immediately and finished early. The city inspector passed the work the same day, and the trench was covered the next morning. The men were careful to avoid tracking any dirt in my home. The work area was cleaned up when they left, and the work was professionally done. I was offered a choice between to code work or an optional upgrade of 2 PVC sleeve over the pipe. I chose the sleeve as a reasonable cost increase for better protection against future soil penetration or digging. The lead plumber told me about a city-sponsored partial plumbing cost rebate program, which I was previously unaware of, thus saving me money on my next water bill. The crew decided to install a PEX line, which is state-of-the-art plumbing material, versatile and durable. After the job was finished, a small leak developed at the downstream end, which was quickly fixed, leading to a perfect installation. I am very happy with the process and the result.

I called this plumber to have my drain cleaned and they did a great job. They removed the clog and explained everything they did, including what tools they used. They were polite, helpful, and completed the job in half the time expected! I would recommend them for drain cleaning services!

Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. Fixed toilet backup then returned few days later when toilet showing small new leak at base. In both instances their staff were responsive, friendly, professional and most importantly came out the first time at 9 pm. Prices comparable and most important was their response when needed. I had a great experience with Sewer Friendly. Rick & Cameron were extremely helpful with issues I was having with an odor smell that I thought was coming from the sewer line which was not the case. They showed up timely and put extra time in giving me other options to consider. They were not only professional but are really nice guys that you would want to hire for any of your plumbing needs.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

Being without a kitchen for 4 months after a pipe break, I called ProMax and Evan answered the phone and immediately got me into his schedule which was the next day. yay! He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I cant recommend this business enough.
