Joey and his coworker were both very friendly and informative when they came for a consultation regarding my high water pressure. They called 40 minutes before arrival, answered my questions, and let me know what to consider regarding installing a PRF and also changing out my 12 year old water tank. Since I’ll be using them to do the project, they waived the initial visit today.

This company was performing work at my apartment building, in general their crew was professional but they hit my vehicle with one of their trucks and refused to take responsibility. Now I have a dent behind my drivers side rear window. This should have never happened in the first place. What kind of person think it’s ok to park so close to someone you can’t even get into your own vehicle?

Our pipes were clogged over the weekend (Of course on a Sunday!) with overflow into our basement shower...Yuck! We had to leave a voice mail message at another Plumbing company, but when I called Craftsman Plumbing they answered the phone and took down the information and had a plumber to our house first thing Monday morning. Drew arrived on time, and not only was he professional....he also had such a calming demeanor. He took care of our main clog problem and he also took care of a minor adjustment on our toilet without me having to ask. He noticed it needed a small fix, and he took care of it. Thoren and Dan were very professional and their work quality was excellent. I had a build out of a small commercial kitchen. Their knowledge and creative solutions really made the project possible. When timeline seemed plausible to be pushed up by a week, I pulled in a favor and they showed up! They put in so much work to make my job pass inspection in time! UPDATE: since the review the office called and apologized and sent a senior plumber over who fixed the issue within a week. I think the first one was a new guy and there was not clear communication from the office staff. Moving the reading to a 4 star since they did resolve this well.
Ive had a plumber come out tell me there is a part that needs to get ordered in. They scheduled a time to come back and do the work and I waited 3 hours with no one coming. After calling the office they scheduled a different day. I once again took time off work to be here to wait for the plumber. No one showed again. I called the office and they said they can't come because the part still hasn't come. It's been 3 Weeks now.
There is no communication to me on what is going on, and I've lost all faith that they're actually going to repair the broken shower. There is no initiative from them on telling me when they have the part, on rescheduling if they can't come out. I can't say I'd recommend their service.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
