I have been working with Tyler and his team on my small business remodel for what seems like years. No, actually it has been years. Tyler toured and pulled county records on many properties I had been looking to purchase. He went over all the options with me for every building and for every idea I had. When we finally found THE property, made the purchase ,and started the construction process Green Planet Plumbing was with me every step of the way. Answering questions, turning off the water supply (after being requested the morning of), talking with the manufacturer of the specialized equipment we needed installed, and helping us make the most money conscious, educated decision possible. Our relationship with Green Planet Plumbing has been stellar. Wonderful, locally owned business that happily works with other small businesses!

I called Rob to come out and diagnose a clogged sewer line in my Seattle rental. It was a complicated and perpetual issue that needed colaboration with neighbors to replace a portion of line. Sewer Friendly did an amazing job, getting it unclogged for the tenants right away and started digging the very next day. At completion I have everything back to normal, site is clean and all cement is poured back.

Sewer Friendly finished when promised, for the quote they gave me. This is increasingly rare to have a company exceed expectations. Im so happy that I have an honest sewer company to pass onto my friends in the neighborhood.

Dirt cheap plumbing is amazing. I don't normally write reviews, but this company, and specifically Angel, blew me away. Above being priced much more competitively, Angel went above and beyond to help me with other plumbing issues that were needed when my sewer backed up and flooded my basement. He and the entire team were very professional and expedient with putting in a liner for my sewer, but also helped me with leaks and flooding in the basement when the water mitigation company messed up and left incomplete multiple plumbing issues. Katheryn was also very on top and timely with payment issues. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Our tech was Jacob & he was transparent, professional, & friendly.Addendum: winter of '23 struck & bursted a pipe! Regrettably, recent quality and professionalism has declined significantly. We’ll take our needs elsewhere in the future, and recommend you do as well. We used Mike’s plumbing for our rental properties and had always found the team well trained and knowledgeable. We had them out to clear out a basement line about month ago in our personal residence. The crew were clearly in training and under prepared for the job. They spent 70% of their visit on the phone asking for guidance from the main office. We understand needing to learned, however, usually the price reflects the apprenticeship status and there is effective senior oversight. The first team did not resolve our issue. We called them again to discuss the issue and request a new team and a new appointment. We were asked to pay in full for the first appointment as well as the second. In good faith, we had a new team out. They were much more seasoned, and appeared to clear the line. However it is now several weeks later and the line is backed up again. We are sure it is not user error. If there is a system issue; the teams should have been able to tell. Neither did. We would have greatly appreciated a symbolic discount on either service, or authentic support from the staff, manager, and owner. Business is about earnings but it is mostly about relationships. 1 star.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
