Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and appointment reminders were sent day before and the day of. I also got updates on technician’s name and the eta on the day of appointment. Very smooth and professionally run operation.
Josh was our technician. Apparently HVAC unit is a relatively new unit at 2sons (which explains lack of reviews about their HVAC service), but they have years of experience. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to interact with. In addition to doing the furnace maintenance, he also answered a lot of my new home owner questions, explained how this particular furnace works, and helped diagnose issues we were experiencing. Overall, I was very happy with the overall experience, and with Josh. I’ll definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them.

I have to say that my mother's experience with Beacon plumbing was more than beyond wonderful. From the lady dispatcher to the service tech that came out provided service that was very professional. They made repairs to her plumbing that was much needed. Thank you Beacon for taking care of my mom but even more for the respect and professionalism from the first call to the end of the service work preformed. I haven't gotten work done by Bob Oates, but I did get an estimate. I was given a small time window - not an all-day timeframe, and the technician arrived on time and we got the estimate. The technician was willing to chat and even did a video inspection of our drain line while he was out, giving a balanced assessment of different options. Ultimately we didn't need work done (yet) - there were no high-pressure sales tactics. We'd be happy to work with Bob Oates when the time comes!

He doesn’t suggest any unnecessary work; only what’s needed to get the problem resolved. Simple Plumber is my go-to every time.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!
