Rapid Rooter came to snake our sewer line. Not only were they quick, their costs were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

I had an underground leak of a pipe from the water meter to the house. I had a few companies giving estimate for the cost. Fox plumbing send a technician, Kyle, within 1 hour from the time I contacted them. Kyle explained to me the pros and cons of fixing the line and replacing it completely and gave me detailed quotes for each job. I decided to go with replacement (all companies recommended that) since the old pipe was in a bad location (i.e. that's why it got damaged). Fox price was the highest (even with some discount discount) among all the companies but they also had the best warranty. I decide to go with Fox since they had good customer service and could do the work the next day. On the day of the job, Jose and his partner showed up on time and explained to me what they needed to do. They were able to finish installing the new line and let me have water again by the end of the day. This involved digging up two huge rocks on top of the old pipe to get access to the meter. The next day, they showed up again to have the city of Bellevue inspect their work (passed of course). After that, they recover all the holes they needed to dig up to install the new lines nicely. I was very happy with their work.I would have given Fox a 5 stars if the price was a little more competitive. For now, 4.5* if I could provide such thing.

Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and appointment reminders were sent day before and the day of. I also got updates on technician’s name and the eta on the day of appointment. Josh was our technician. Apparently HVAC unit is a relatively new unit at 2sons (which explains lack of reviews about their HVAC service), but they have years of experience. Josh was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to interact with. In addition to doing the furnace maintenance, he also answered a lot of my new home owner questions, explained how this particular furnace works, and helped diagnose issues we were experiencing. Overall, I was very happy with the overall experience, and with Josh. I’ll definitely use their service again, and highly recommend them.

Beacon was an ACE!I called late in the day after finding out that our water heater had stopped working and was leaking. The guys from Beacon were here much faster than the dispatcher had said they would be (they called to let me know they were on their way), and got to work right away.Turns out our water heater is an odd size, and the venting meant that they could not fit the standard water heater they had with them. One call to their vendor secured the right heater, and a driver from another job was able to pick it up, after hours, and head our way.All in, I think that the time from finding the leak to having the new one installed was little more than a couple of hours.Very impressed!

Wayne and his crew came recommended by a local sewer inspector and I'm SOOOO glad! I needed to replace 30 feet of sewer line because of massive root intrusion. Wayne priced my job competitively and got back to me right away with a bid. Once I decided to go with him and his team he was very good at communicating progress and timelines. His team on the job site was very professional. When I come to the time when I need to have the rest of the line worked on, I will look no further than Emerald City Sewer!

Arrived in hours, Sam the plumber, called to say his was 30 min out, arrived on time. Got straight to diagnostics, informed me throughout everything he was going to do and did! He was extremely polite and professional! I usually don’t work with big companies because I have the opposite experience but I would use them again. Fixed clogged pipes, left cleaning solution and Work is guaranteed for 6 months. Total for 2 & 1/2 hours was $572.53.

Tried to get help on a Sunday, we called first thing in the morning. They said they could be there for us with an extra emergency charge which was fine. After several hours they called and said it would be a couple of more hours and then after that they said they could not help us with no time to find another plumber to help us in an emergency. I believe if you cannot provide the service then you should not accept the job. We had our water shut off and waited all day to be turned away because they were busy. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

We had issues with a slow drain and one day kitchen sink usage started backing up in bath. We hired Drain Pro after reading reviews on Google and Yelp - and had an excellent experience. They were punctual. Raman did a quick diagnosis and told us our options. The estimate we received was great too with no unnecessary 'urgent' replacements suggested to solve the issue at hand. I think we've found an excellent plumber for our plumbing needs. Highly recommend.
