2 Sons had someone out to my house within 24 hours. Trung, the service technician was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair finished in 90 min. He was hard working, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would highly recommend 2 Sons.

Garrett and his team went the extra mile! We had an emergency issue with what turned out to be our very old service drop and meter. It was arcing, half the house had power while the other didn't. Yikes. But Garrett came out the same day to diagnose the problem, replaced the needed parts, handled everything in a safe and professional manner and at reasonable price. We'll definitely call B&G again!

They don't replace thermostats. I wouldn't trust them with anything.

There is an automated system that provides timely communication regarding the appointment. Joe Coleman was our technician. He showed up on time and was quickly able to find an object that was lodged in the garbage disposal in a way that we hadn't been able to detect it ourselves. He removed the object and advised us that we will not need to replace the disposal for another couple of years. Joe was very professional, highly skilled, and honest, saving us time and money. We will definitely use Seatown again in the future as a result of our excellent experience with them.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
