Recently my basement sump pump went out had to replace it. The technician Sean Smith from BelRed plumbing and heating was absolutely amazing guy. He knows his job well and does it effectively with safety in mind. He is very professional and easy to work talk to. He is dedicated with his work. After having 5 companies come out to figure out why I had no water pressure, Dan from Gene Johnson Plumbing figured it out, removed the old PRV from the front of my property, put in a replacement new pipe fixture and now I have water pressure. Dan was professional, on time, and just a nice guy. I used this company a long time ago and had a similar experience with the fellow who came out regarding my bathroom at the time. I don't know if this was a fair price, but it was worth it for me and I would not hesitate to contact them again for any further issues.

We had a situation where our shared line was clogged and it was causing backups in our neighbors unit. They sent Tyler out within a few hours to fix the situation, which he did in less than 2 hrs. It ended up being resolved and he let me know some tips for prevention. Highly recommend!

Paul and Mario did a fantastic job! Our sewer line located in our crawl space was backing up due to the pitch of the pipe not being correctly installed. They also fixed the connection from the pipe to where it hooks to the septic system that was improperly installed when the house was built. Troubleshooting and repairing all for a very fair price, took about an hour.  All of our drains and toilets are running smoother and more quickly.  We are very happy with the service.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Sam Deirdar came to clear a block in my kitchen drain. The clean out is in a small space and hard to get at. He did a great job and had lots of information on how to care for my system. Definitely recommend them.

Called around 11am and Armin showed up 90 mins after. Leaky pipe was fixed in an hour. Great company. Very fast. Great work.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

I called Zoltan to replace my water main. I briefly described the project on the phone, and he quoted me a price, which I found reasonable. He said he could take a look at the project that day, and do the work in a few days. Great!

He called me back a few minutes later, and said if I wanted to do the work that day, he could do it, for an extra hundred dollars. That seemed a little sketchy, and I declined, I was fine waiting a few days.

When Zoltan showed up, he said I misrepresented the job to him on the phone. I didn't think I had, but ok, I assume that's why a tradesman looks at a project before starting or giving a formal estimate, right? But Zoltan seemed especially annoyed by this.

He told me I didn't tell him the main went under the sidewalk. Well no I did not, but that's a common scenario, and I had offered to send him pictures, which he said wasn't necessary. He said he had to do more things, add protection under the sidewalk or something. I asked, what things? He said he would show me when he did the work. I said, I'm curious, what is it, adding conduit or something? And he would not give me a straight answer.

He said, 'you said this was easy job. I don't recall ever saying that. I'm a contractor and I know when people tell me it's easy, it usuallty isn't, so I'm not likely to tell another professional that. If it's not easy, fine, explain how it is difficult. But he didn't do that.

Anyway, I didn't like the way he was becoming more annoyed and accusatory. I didn't like that he wouldn't be specific about the details under the sidewalk. I didn't like that he was throwing out different numbers as we talked, ranging from $800 to $4800.

So when he said, let's take a look inside the house, I said, you know what, let's save each other some time, say goodbye and move on with your day. This seemed to make him more angry. He said, you said it was easy, you do it yourself!. He wanted to argue more, I just wanted to move on.

Maybe he's a great plumber. Maybe he was having a bad day. Maybe we miscommunicated. Maybe, despite my efforts to be friendly and open minded, I rubbed him the wrong way. In any case, he didn't act professionally, and I felt compelled to relate my experience here.

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

Good old fashioned customer service. I recently worked with Bobby at O'Neill. I needed the sewer at my rental poperty hydrojetted. After cancelling because of a sick colleague, he went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He gave me his cell number, came early (outside of normal business hours), to accomodate my tenants, arrived early, was prepared, and got right down to business. Two thumbs up!

Asked specifically for a heater tech. To fix a leak and answer questions.. sent 2 nice kids that didn't/ couldn't answer or fix anything.. was then told a heater tech would be back later that day.. waited all afternoon.. finally I called the office at 5:30 was told by a very unfriendly man too bad.. miscommunication, nobody is coming to fix your heat today.. what do you want me to do about it? Bad customer service.. bad communication.. waisted an entire day for these jokers.. I still don't have a working heater.. and wasn't offered any solutions even as far as scheduling.. nothing.. just plane bad form.. if this is what you get before they touch anything.. makes you wonder what quality of work they do...

Liam was on time (a bit early even) fixed the problem in no time, gave me some good non-preachy advice. Great technician and a good price to boot (5 stars )
